Hey There! I'm fine thank you. Just watching some anime and reading manga.

I'm currently watching 00 actually. I'm watching it with a friend. Right now, all the characters are bricks but I expect that to Change. Still prefer Code Geass most definitely because....LELOUCH.

Hmm...that. I'll think about it. Does it have a proper ending though? If not then I'll refrain from watching Aku no Hana.

Simply Beautiful. It's not often that such a short series can leave me with tears of happiness & a stupid grinning face. It had me totally engrossed despite its length. It had beautiful visuals & a perfect soundtrack to suit the mood coupled with HAPPY ENDINGS.

9/10! :D

It'll hardly take 30 minutes. Watch it.

oo i heard about that alot while looking for friendish-rival-wins kinda anime~ ill try it~ and maaaaan can u believe its been about a WHOLE YEAR since psycho-pass, shinsekair yori, and zetsuen no tempest came out? like wtf that makes me rlly sad =(

yep, that~ its pretty good and i love both the guys in it XD and the non-main girl is great too (dont like the main girl... yet)
and i knowwwwwww TT_TT in the True Tears anime, the guy ALMOST ended up with the nice girl, but then she let him go cause noooo he was in love with the other girl -.- (havent watched it cause i wanted to read the summary first to find out who he ends up with...)
the pupa mangas pretty good~ u should try it its only like 7 chapters so far
so yeah... i need an anime like that too. shoujo, josei, or seinen i dont care, i just want one (just not harem or shounen... those have waaaay too uch unnecessary stuff inbetween)

- diabolic livers: ill prolly play it wen the game is translated (now that the anime has come out theres bound to be fans willing to translate it soon)
- pupa: yep same here, but ive been reading the manga in the mean time
- golden time: well its a rom come, and its a pretty good light show =) maybe a hiiiigh 7 or a low 8. u should try it =)
but Beyond the Boundary (forgot the jap name) is pretty good, and the characters are all really refreshing XD esp the main guy =P u should try it~
- childhood friend winning: NO PLZ TELL ME IF U FIND SOOOOME TT_TT the only ones i know are manga =P and even then its only a few. i SRSLY need an anime where the sweet/friendly guy (not the "hot" but not really, boring, silent, rude, new guy) gets the girl. or manga. wtvr.
but i know a rlly good manga for that (rlly good in the sense that the nice guy works and gets what he deserves and the main guys gets all sad-like and regrets it =P)

and well the anime was rlly meh. nothing rlly happened in the two eps i watched and it was soooo sloooooooow. plus the mc was kinda ur average gentle kind clumsy girlie, so she wasnt all that lovable =/ plus it rlly reminds me of cardcaptor sakura (which i loved) cause of the art and all, so i guess im just too old for this show now =P
oh and btdubs, if ur reading manga and all now, rather than using myanimelist (or alongside it) u should use mangaupdates.com~ its rlly useful cause if u add stuff on ur reading list theyll all be sorted in order of latest release, so if u wanna check if a manga u like has been updated yet u can just chack there =)

SHE'S A BORING PERSON RATHER THAN SLOW.

I'll give you my thoughts on the whole show. Be warned though....it's a long response. I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE.

These are my thoughts on Lelouch:-

HERE'S A QUICK SUMMARY OF THE LAST FEW MINUTES OF CODE GEASS:-

1.) Ha! Oghi is in chains, and Shneizel is utterly disgraced and subdued. That's what you get for being asses.
2.) Feels great just hearing the titles of Lelouch being listed. Should've just been "Supreme God of the World"
3.) Oh shit! Zero!? Wait, what? Ohh, it's totally Suzaku. It's totally Suzaku. Look at that! It's Suzaku.
4.) Yeah, Jeremiah is still dapper as always. His smile gives away the fact that "All is going according to plan"
5.) That music playing in the background during the Zero Requiem flashback scene, and then the killing of Lelouch. Dang. Love it.
6.) Well, Suzaku, you should be super grateful because you always wanted to make a positive difference in the world. You get to be alive, AND you now get to be the almighty savior known as Zero. In the future re-structuring of governments and re-balancing of world order, Suzaku is going to have a lot of power and influence to shape it the way he wants. He even has Shneizel under the Geass "to obey Zero [Suzaku]". Why does he get the good ending?
7.) That scene man. Sad.
8.) Yeah Nunnally, you JUST realized that your bro is actually the world's savior. Thanks for being a stupid ass and playing as Shneizel's pawn. I swear, the "morally righteous" asses in Code Geass are just plain annoying.
9.) "Destroy the world and create it anew" Just wanted to give props to Jun Fukuyama for PERFECTLY voice-acting that line, and perfectly voice-acting Lelouch in general. Tragic hero to the very end. Dammit lelouch!
10.) I think Toudou and Kallen are the only Black Knights who got that all this was intentional.
11.) Great bittersweet epilogue. Lelouch Playing the Role of a Tragic Hero.

Lelouch died for our sins. I still remember how much I hated the Black Knights after they used completely retarded logic to ditch "Zero".

-Oh, lets forget all the good Lelouch has done for us, and instead use what he gained for us as a diplomatic tool with our previous worst enemy. We will accuse Lelouch for using us as pawns (even though without him we would all be dead), and return the favor of him giving us life and purpose, by using HIM as a pawn. And we completely trust Schneizel and trust that he will allow a private military organization AND an independent Japan (which has 70% of the world's sakuradite) to be comfortably outside of Britannia's jurisdiction.- *TO HELL WITH YOU OGHI!* All the Black Knights, besides Kallen (who would have followed Lelouch to the very end had he not clearly rejected her), should be been preemptively executed before Zero Requiem reached its final stage.

AT LEAST THE PEOPLE HE CARED ABOUT MOST KNEW WHO HE TRULY WAS. I'M TALKING ABOUT KALLEN, SUZAKU, C.C. & NUNNALLY.

Lelouch vs. Light:-

Besides their backgrounds being the same, they are drastically different personality wise. Light is ego-centric, self-centered, in-compassionate, and unchanging in resolve. Lelouch blames himself a lot for what happens, cares about others, and doubts his resolve at certain crucial moments. Lelouch is human. Besides, would Light ever think of redeeming for his sins? Oh wait, he never considered what he was doing to be sin at all, because he thinks he's God. The situation Lelouch is in is way different. Lelouch is in a war. He can't sit at home and write names in a notebook you see. He needs to lead from the front. Lelouch was different from Light in the sense that he felt the pain and suffering and always tried his best to avoid bloodshed. He did anything and sacrificed EVERYTHING for the good of the world and his Sister.

Lelouch and Light are both clever, calculating, and charismatic individuals. They use their intelligence, their charm, and their lies to achieve their goals, and they aren't afraid of shedding blood all the while. Both, in addition to their minds, have access to powers of supernatural origin (Geass/Death Note) via some form of contract they made (C.C/Ryuk). There's nothing really fundamental about these similarities though.

The substantial differences between the two can be said to be based around what exactly their goals are. For Light, his objective upon realizing the Death Note's potential was to establish a new world order free from that he considers rotten, while actively deterring rotting under pain of death as this new world's god. Problem with that is that what's rotten become's inextricable from that god's will, so it becomes clear that anything that defies his totalitarian will must be rotten, and therefore be eradicated. Even free will. This clear statement of godhood defines Light as an entity apart from people in general because he always looks down at them. In fact, his immediate declaration of such at the beginning coupled with his lack hesitance to sacrifice anyone, innocents and even family, has me fast to the belief that Light was screwed up to begin with.

For Lelouch, he may have once been royalty, but his fall from grace allowed him the experience of what it's like down there. He can empathize with people and see the good in their struggles, unlike Light, who can only see decay. His objectives are always something that resounds from something personal inside of him: knowledge of the circumstances behind his mother's murder, revenge against his father for casting him aside, revenge against Britannia and all it stands for for making him and his sister suffer, and, of course, the Zero Requiem. And notice how, unlike Light, whose goal, as his will, remained absolute, Lelouch's aims evolve. People may cast Lelouch as inconsistent for appearing diabolical one moment and remorseful the next, but considering the personal nature of his goals, it makes sense. I suggest looking at the definition of a Byronian Hero.

In other words, Light is a human being in denial. Lelouch is a human being that embraces his humanity through and through.

THAT BEING SAID THEY DO SHARE A FEW SIMILARITIES AND THEY'RE BOTH IN MY TOP 10 TOO.

So it definitely makes for an intriguing Discussion. More than Analysis....that's a collection of all the information that I've managed to gather here on MAL by talking to a lot of Geass lovers. Along with my thoughts, Their opinions are part of it too.

Geass and Lelouch.....so much can be said....Lelouch is a PHENOMENON OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!!!!!!
