I can mostly think of shorter stuff when it comes to experimental anime though. Lots of the older shorts, anthologies like Robot Carnival, Sweat Punch, Genius Party, Mix Juice, Anime Mirai, Short Peace come to mind as well as just shorts/short movies like Maison en Petits Cubes, The Diary of Tortov Roddle, Trava, Ani*Kuri, Cat Soup, Glassy Ocean, Spring & Chaos, Inaka Isha, Eternal Family, Iblard Jikan etc....

Though it's not really all experimental (or good for that matter). But it does collect a lot of stuff that might qualify.
