Hey I guess...
Ive been watching anime for a fairly long time now and have also read more manga and lightnovels than i can count at this point... Havent updated MAL in ages and probably wont be able to find most of the manga ive read.

I started with Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon. Fortunately during my childhood we had a lot of anime shows on tv. Don't worry about the way you were introduced to anime. You were introduced to it, and that's what matters ;)
