Had a fun birthday? (given the circumstances)
I’ve been pretty busy with college and life to even catch up with anime now at this point if you haven’t noticed lately :/.
Well a big part was also from internet sources and translating it in my own words. Nice, there is a lot to write about communication of course. I'm doing a combination of Business and IT. For my internship I had to present an substantiated advise about a possible solution to improve the communication between the companies within my internship. So first I had to research a lot of different solutions and gather them in a document where I compared them and such, the long one, with about 30 pages context and 70 pages attachments, with the research on all solutions. The others where a bit less in terms of words, but one was about the findings of the people I spoke, one was the advise, where I linked the wishes of the people I spoke to my research, to get substantiated advises. And then when the company choose witch advises they wanted to execute, I had to make a document that told them in detail how I wanted to implement the solutions. So there was lots to write about in each document. I do have to confess, that I don't mind writing reports and such and they tend to be on the longer side. ^^
No problem, school and work are more important than MAL of course ;)
That is strange, two thousand words are not that much, if you have enough to write about. I think all the documents I subitted for my internship so far have more. (just checked lowest has 5.395 words and highest 40.281), it also depends on the time you get. The document that has 40.281 words was a research I spend 2/3 weeks on. I think 2.000 words are doable if there is enough to write about and you get enough time for it during those 3 days. However to announce it out of the blue like that is pretty bad for being a teacher, you should always be open and honest with your students. We can also see everything the expect from us during a course even before it has started, it's even mandatory for our school to do so.
I'm doing better, I've been sick last 2 days, so I'm happy that I feel better and am able to do a more than just lying on the couch. ^^
Furthermore my internship is going very well, they are really nice and very happy with the results I show them so far.

Yeah bento-box sounds lovely as well, I always get hungry and want one if I see them in anime. Man I wouldn't mind a cute girl making me one everyday, but that is only in the anime world. The only problem is that I don't like to eat fish or cold food, so that is probably the only thing I don't like about Japan, sushi. I do however am gonna try it over there for sure, even if it's alone for the heck of it and because it's a tradition dish. ^^
Well I want to go to Akihabara for sure, the anime capital. I really want to see what's it all about and get a taste of the anime culture, like visiting a maid café and such. Besides that I also want to learn about their culture and beliefs, so visiting a shrine. The reason I want to go during spring has to do with the Sakura trees I want to see blooming. Maybe go visit a hot spring, try a lots of there cooking, eat Takayaki and other stuff. ^^
Also, my sister likes it too btw. She thinks the story and setting is good and interesting in her opinion. ^^
