I'm no one special, just a guy who appreciates anime. Naruto was my formal introduction, but Digimon was the first anime to capture me. I prefer a little ecchi in a series, but by no means do I limit myself by it; series with heavy social commentary and drama are a nice serious diversion from the playful slice of life/harem series.

In addition to pure entertainment, I use anime as inspiration for creative writing. Despite the stereotypes against the medium, anime storylines can be as complex as any "traditional" medium.

While I don't mind watching free streams, I wish there was a more...legit feeling...way to watch anime. Those who produce anime and especially the many fansub groups that work to translate them need more recognition then, in my opinion, they get. So, until I can find the means to give back, I can only say: "Dōmo arigatō gozaimasu minasan!"
