If that was the mess then that is the issue. Your image was a screen shot that had not been cropped to the 225x350 dimension and there was already an image of that size for the character.
Ack, I still can send normal PMs. This is in reference to character picture denied. The PM that was sent should have had a message attached could you please tell what message was attached? I go though a lot of images everyday and I am not sure what one this is in reference to.
