I'm a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan and I remembered watching this movie when I was very young and I was quite surprised by some of the adult moments in this film. Anyway, I really loved the action sequences as they were well-done and I loved the fact that they introduced Metal Sonic into this film as it's rare to see Metal Sonic in any other media besides the games and the comic books.
My biggest gripe with this film though is that I don't like how some of the characters are being written. Sonic acts like a jerk throughout the whole series and it
