TTGL is a mecha themed with loads of comedy and unimaginable potential thrown into it...
It picks up small at first as everything evolves and expands with EACH episode!
The main theme is just what it said when you check it on MAL, but that is only the first few episodes... The way everything evolves from that, i cant explain it without spoiling it.
I personaly am not too fond of mecha anime's but the way this one is PRESENTED, i loved it!!!
P.S. dont just judge from the first episode, it starts great and gets amazing!!!

You should totally give Minami-ke another try. I got the idea for the name from Ratchet and Clank (it's a PS2 game). There was always a weapon which woupld turn animies to ducks or sheep XD.
