Cause I just watched some video on why Mumkey was kicked out of PCP and I saw your name in the comment section that was being scrolled through in the video. Pure coincidence and I just got curious.

Oh, are you named NoDigit on YT too?

Those were part of his motivations, but he was never doing a bad thing because of them. A villain killed his mom, he wanted to kill the villain, an oppressive empire was causing his sister's unhappiness, he wants to beat an oppressive empire, the world is being run by racist assholes, he wants to become the new leader cause he'd do a better job.
Nothing he does is really wrong, he just has more motivation for doing the right thing than simply wanting to do the right thing, which is pretty much what every hero with a secret identity has.

He just always seemed like the good guy, maybe he wouldn't have if Suzaku was a likeable and charismatic character that gets things done, but he just wasn't. The only way I could ever see this problem being fixed is with violence, until hat one hopeful moment in the first series finale, and Lelouch is willing to accept that peaceful solution, but then it accidentally gets destroyed and once again there is only one solution.

He was the main hero to me, the same way Spider-man was, and his hiding of identity wasn't to hide his evil actions, but to hide his herioc ones which the villains would crucify him for.

Well, I guess he did tell the princess to kill a bunch of people, but that was by accident after he was willing to settle the whole thing peacefully.

I don't ever remember Lelouch being a bad guy, but in all fairness I might've been shouting at my TV at the time, would you mind telling me why exactly he is selfish and what he did that made him two faced?
The only time he kind of gave of a two faced feeling to me was when we were left out of the loop on his thoughts in season 2 and it was unclear if he was doing it all for the good of the country or because he went full Light Yagami with his power, although I always believed the first despite not being given any (or at least a lot of) real proof to support that claim. But in the end that was all selfless and for the good of the country. He was about as two faced as Spider-man.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
