This anime actually made me stop watching anime for months.
Story: 6
If you don't bother to carefully read the subtitles, you wouldn't know what the characters are talking about. It has some cool concepts and it likes to go in depth, but the pacing is slower than expected.
Art: 7
The art is standard, characters don't look shabby but they don't look memorable either. Except for Mayumi, I thought she stood out from other characters.
Sound: 7
Fits in with the atmosphere the anime tries to put on. The soundtrack wasn't memorable, but there were a lot of sci-fi sounds in the mix from what I remember.
...
Character: 1
Fucking garbage. Incest that's shoved down your throat from the get-go. MC is some social undesirable but is actually a hidden prodigy, and all the characters revolve around him (obviously) because he's a social undesirable with a high place in his school's hierarchy. If you can get past the incest, the characters aren't too bad.
Enjoyment: 1
I stopped watching anime because of this.
Overall: 1
This is exactly why anime receives a bad reputation. Would have been a solid anime, if not for that stupid FUCKING incest. The creators didn't even bother to make it subtle, the MC straight up said, "If she wasn't my sister by blood, she would be my lover." Therefore, this anime is pretty unappealing unless you can stomach the incest.

All good things must come to an end. Then our lives go back to regular scheduling and we look back at those moments as happy memories. That's life. We naturally move on.
Story: 9
With all the missing pieces put in place, you realize how much of a sad story this is. This story was far more significant than it was in the first season, it had even more wholesome moments, even more saddening moments, and even more plot twists. I had seen this coming, yet, I couldn't help but choke up and shed tears. I was lured in by the happy times and was
...
assassinated by the sad times.
Art: 9
Though the level of animation stayed the same, newer, more intense battles unfolded eight before my eyes. The looks were nevertheless the same as the first season, but the use of sentiment within the art made me shed tears.
Sound: 9
The soundtrack is significantly better than the first season's soundtrack. The songs were definitely more catchy and enjoyable. To be honest, I've never liked anime OSTs as I've been so engulfed in R&B culture. That being said, the voice acting as well as the soundtrack will put you in for a ride.
Character: 10
Character development at its best. I was choked up into shedding tears because of how lovable the characters were and when the anime ended, it was truly heartbreaking.
Enjoyment: 10
I'm overcome by a sense of hollowness. With such an immersive narrative, you wished something like this would never end. I'll be better within a couple of weeks, but forever will I remember how good this anime was.
Overall: 9
This is a good anime. Watch it.

See you, space cowboy. Bang.
Story: 10
It has a good premise, an uncommon one so it makes it more interesting. The story when it has fun, it really has fun, and when it gets sad, it really gets sad. I was close to shedding a tear towards the end but I was overcame by a feeling of hollowness, which is much worse. I got closure from the end, but I don't think I'm satisfied with it. I'm really gonna miss this one.
Art: 10
Hands down one of the best openings I've ever seen. It's not textbook, it's creative, it presents characters in an unorthodox way,
...
it transitions in an unorthodox way, it's an opening I wouldn't mind watching through over and over again. Animation is top quality, and the fights are just a joy to watch. Same goes for all of Watanabe's works. As for character design, I absolutely love it, I've never seen such different characters. Every character is distinct from one another, and it makes the anime so much more memorable. Not to mention, the animation. The animation is superb, especially for an anime of its time. The fight scenes are so clear and smooth, so entertaining.
Sound: 10
"I think it's to time blow this thing, get everything stuffed together. OK, 3-2-1, let's jam!" I love the soundtrack for this entire anime, it has the right songs to fit in the right moods and it helps to evoke so much more.
Character: 10
Spike is an interesting one. That being said, all of the characters are interesting. Including the supporting characters that only last an episode or two. They have all have an interesting background and personality that makes them so much more memorable.
Enjoyment: 10
I LOVE THIS ANIME. I love Samurai Champloo as well. I've always been a fan of Watanbe's work. He has a story that just hits it on the nail that keeps you wanting for more yet helps you understand that there can't be more. Perhaps if I were to critique anything about the anime, is that it's only so long. It feels like it can go on forever, but at the same time I feel as if 26 episodes is enough. Nevertheless, it's an anime I can say blows out any anime of its genre out of the water, including the newest ones.
Overall: 10
ABSOLUTE must watch. I don't care if you don't watch action anime. Cowboy Bebop is an ABSOLUTE must watch. It's undeniably good, and a definite classic.

Anime high school romances concentrated into one anime.
Story: 6
Literally the same plot as any other romance, but straight to the point. That being said, it's cute but unoriginal.
Art: 9
Have never seen an anime art style quite like this, it's very bubbly and very attractive to the eye.
Sound: 7
Standard sounds, decent soundtrack.
...
Character: 7
TOO MANY OF THEM. Other than that, they're all funny and have different romances. I haven't seen an episode where I haven't laughed or chuckled.
Enjoyment: 8
If you condense a bunch of happy times into an anime, it would be this.
Overall: 7
Corny, but a good watch if you're in the mood for something cute.

War strategies, war tactics, and war. This anime strays away from the everyday plot of magic and sport and cooking and focuses on the aspect of war in this WWI-esque anime.
Story: 7
The story, by any means, isn't the craziest. It's a small part of something bigger. It mostly demonstrates the MC's genius as a commander.
Art: 8
I personally like the art style in the anime compared to the manga. People were especially upset about the anime not looking like the manga. However, the characters look more human like, and although they're not the prettiest faces, it's a unique change from other animes. The MC in
...
the manga looks like a total dope, and Yatori looks like a generic anime character.
Background art and anime are standard, which is bretty gud if you ask me.
Sound: 9
The opening is really good, the ending is ok (starts off with a nice mellow piano and vocal then all this techno garbage comes on 10 seconds in). Lots a gun noises and sword slices, which is appropriate for a war anime.
Character: 6
Like I said, the anime is apart of something bigger. It's hard to create such depth in character in 13 episodes. I mean, the whole science complex the MC has going on is pretty neat.
Enjoyment: 9
I really liked this anime. I'd rather watch it with this art style than read it with the manga's art style, to be honest. But, this anime didn't turn heads during the summer split so I really doubt this anime will get a second season.
Overall: 8
It's good. Something to tide you over, unless you really like WWI-esque stuff then you should read the manga. Manga's pretty solid once you digest the manga's hideous MC.

I made a previous review prior to episode 18. A lot of my opinions for this anime have changed, but Rem is still best girl.
Story: 5
The story is a roller coaster, it did a good job of stirring me with a lot of different emotions. Though, it was still a shitty story at the end. The plot twists were good, but the plot itself wasn't.
Art: 9
Very good detail in the background and every character seen in the anime has their differences to make them unique in appearance.
...
Sound: 9
I liked the total soundtrack, but Stay Alive by Rie Takahashi takes the cake.
Character: 5
The MC is garbage, however, all of the characters have unique personalities, even the flat characters. I shit you not, a lot of the characters that were introduced as a big deal were completely forgotten. They only added leverage to escalate the plot. Great character development, but usage of characters could have been better.
Enjoyment: 6
At first, the anime was good and had my attention. Now, it's just meh lmao. I was behind four episodes before writing this review. The ending, although good, wasn't good enough. It could have been a lot more extravagant, but in the end, "That's All This Story is About." (Inside joke there)
Overall: 6
Shitty plot with good plot twists. Poor usage of characters, but good character development. Good soundtrack and good art. Should you watch? Nope.

Season 2? I'm contently waiting.
Story: 9
It's amazing how in-depth they made the story out of such a wide topic as life working at an inn. It's sentimental.
Art: 9
All the characters are beautiful, all the backgrounds are colorful and pleasing to the eye.
...
Sound: 10
I can't get enough of all the OPs and Endings and the wonderful voice acting done by all the characters.
Character: 9
Character development; does it raise the bar like Your Lie in April and ReLife? Nope. Is it terrible? Certainly not! All the characters enlighten me and make me smile with delight. Character development is good, but not enough to make your extremely emotional. However, that doesn't stop the characters from being great.
Enjoyment: 10
I fucking love this anime. It's lively and it makes me happy.
Overall: 10
It does not shy away from the lewdness, if you're into that type of thing, pervert. Good anime, give if it a try, you won't regret it. Would I say it's for everyone? Certainly not, but it's a very good anime.

Well, [SPOILER] there's no actual romance in the anime, just a lot of romantic tension. Which was the most disappointing part of the anime because it starts becoming more intense right after where the anime left off.
Story: 6
It throws you into the story without any actual development, it's quite abrupt.
Art: 9
I love the colors and animation quality, very pleasing to the eye and I found it quite enjoyable because of that.
Sound: 8
Music compliments a lot of the scenes very well, and the OP and Ending songs are quite good.
...
Character: 5
I mean, the story sorta just throws you into the characters expecting that you know a whole lot about them. Character development was very poor, and I couldn't quite sympathize for the characters. I almost shed a tear at most.
Enjoyment: 10
I have a guilty pleasure for romance, the romantic tension had me screaming on the edge of my seat, however, no actual romance.
Overall: 7
Characters aren't lovable but they'll start to grow on you as you go from the anime to the manga. Anime was good but the plot escalates very slowly. I wouldn't recommend to those who want hardcore romance.
