I don't know what to tell you about additions to your list not posting other than do it again.

I seldom rewatch anything, even shows I really love.

FMA: Brotherhood. There is no "expiration date." Watch it or not when you feel like it. I will say that there a few very interesting and delightful characters not seen in the first FMA that come into play. We also find out a lot more about some we knew and loved.

Some new characters:

Hmm... it should be easy to update your list. I do it all the time along with adjusting ratings when I reconsider them. Try clicking on the title in you list. Scroll down the left side of the page until you see:

Edit Details

Plug in the info you want and hit add or edit. That will change the way it appears in your list. Likewise when you finish a series, put it on hold, drop it, etc., go to its profile page and deal with it from there rather than trying to work from the list. Try it and see what you think.

Didn't take me all that long to edit your ptw list. Just did a copy past into excel and deleted all that I was unfamiliar with or uninterested in. Priority sort didn't take too long either. Just copy pasted the final sort back to your page. Hope you find it helpful.

Baah. Your list isn't bad. No need to be embarrassed about stuff you've watched. It all falls under the heading of experience. It's sort of like making the shift from hamburgers and hotdogs to steak and lobster as ones palate matures.

FMA: Brotherhood is excellent. I loved the first FMA and was very skeptical about a remake, especially one so soon after but I watched it and was totally blown away. It starts off the same but not long after the place you stopped it starts to expand, looking at stuff from a different perspective and not long after bringing in stuff from the manga that wasn't in the first series at all. As much as I loved the original, I'd have to say that FMA: B actually exceeded it. It was one of those that left an empty space when it ended.

The first four episodes blew me away. I could hardly wait to get the next dvd from Netflix. It was original in and of itself but also captured some of the spirit of Cowboy Bebop. You don't have to watch it "now." Just keep it in mind for the future viewing. It is violent as all get out but not what I'd call gory. There are a few women with very nice figures but very little in the way of fan service. No gratuitous sex or nudity as I recall.

Here's the stuff I like off your PTW list. Not saying other stuff is "bad." This is just the stuff I liked. There are a lot on there I haven't seen and/or won't watch. Anyway, I've kind of arranged them in in a descending order of how I think you might like them . . . maybe . . .

RE: Himitsu: Top Secret .... It must have been mild indeed because I don't really remember it. Shower maybe? I honestly don' remember. . . . .might have been looking at someone's memories . . . . Like I said, I don't really remember so it likely didn't amount to much.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. My area was hit with record snowfall followed by an ice storm. Been without power for the last day and a half.

Gallery Fake is indeed what is called episodic in nature but there is a "plot." Just the kind you are accustomed to. If you look back you will see that you learned more and more about the characters and watched them grow and learn things about themselves and the ways of the world as the show progressed. There are re-occuring characters and you learn more about some of them. You also end up finding out a lot more about how Fujita, Reiji got the point where you meet him in Gallery Fake. Oh, there is a two or three ep arc that takes place early in the second season. It centers around Sara. I think you'll really like it.

This one should do well for you. It's fairly popular but with good reason. Pretty grim at times but very well done.

Another might be

It is a great one that people seem to over look, perhaps because they think it is going to be Shounen-Ai. It isn't. One of the characters might be gay but that's it. Frankly, I have no problem with it if the story is good but some guys run at the possibility of any gayness.

Both are pretty sophisticated and presented in a realistic manner.

Keep me posted.
