Blassreiter's quality was so so. I watched it on Crunchyroll most of the time, although some episode had horrible quality.
I agree. Yeah, way better than Shippuuden's movies. Speaking of Shippuuden, I briefly saw some of the dub. It wasn't really anything different from what I saw. Naruto still has the same annoying voice. I doubt I'll watch it, especially since I watch other shows when it's on and especially since the World Series is on.
Hahahah, that was funny. Crazy, indeed. Hahah, enjoy. Personally, I don't care for Abridged series, but that's just me. :P
I started Fairy Tail, IY ofc, Railgun, DtB2, and Kimi ni Todoke. I, personally, think Guin Saga is very boring. I was thinking about catching up with 5Ds as well since I'm close to 15 episodes, if not more, behind, but I think TnKp (if I got the letters correct...the main sub group) is way behind, so I'll probably just go with the subs on youtube...they seemed accurate, ofc I'll have to check 'em out first. For a shoujo, Kimi ni Todoke is pretty good. Railgun is decent. DtB2 is decent. IY is fast paced, but good. And Fairy Tail is terrible...way too childish and the voices suck. But that's my opinion ofc. :P
Dammit, they did?! But no, you didn't mention it either. :'( Very true so I think I will do that. I've been wanting to see it, but it's longer than most so I've been eeehhh to start it so tyvvvvm for letting me know.

Those are the main two reasons I want to watch the movie. XD Well, that and the fact that it's Marvel. Not sure why I always end up forgetting about the movie... I'm pretty sure I have saved it somewhere by now.
From what I've read, they actually wanted to use the Kingpin on Spectacular, but they didn't have the rights to him (or something like that) so they went with Tombstone. I'm pretty sure Tombstone is from the comics (even though I haven't read any with him in it) but since he was also on the 90s Spidey series I assume he was from the comics. [Edit]: i checked on Wikipedia (not sure why I didn't do that in the first place :P), and he first appeared in comics in 1988... so yes, he isn't a new character made for the Spidey shows.
Lol, something like that. It could be used as a cure for insomnia I guess. :P I rarely have trouble staying awake at 2am anyway. I think I'm an episode behind too, I'll have to check. I'm looking forward to the Hulk episode.
Yeah, I read he's Captain Stacy's voice actor, but didn't recognize him as Mr. Sinister. Captain Marvel didn't talk enough in the movie for me to notice his voice. :P That was the only thing that really disappointed me in the movie... all those characters and only like half of them actually talked. I am familiar with most of Jennifer Hale's voice acting roles and I agree it would have been cool to hear her in this movie as well.
I'm not too glad about the casting of William Baldwin as Batman either, but it might turn out well after all. Yeah, Kevin Conroy is still the best Batman voice so far. I'm looking forward to the new Batman animated projects too (whatever they might be).
I had no idea Batman got killed in the comics... I'll have to check up on that.
Of course not. :P Actually I might not even start it after all. Since it's been so long since the last time I watched InuYasha, I'm not really that much into the story anymore. I've finished most of the anime I had on my list (except for Guin Saga; still waiting for them to sub the last 2 episodes, and for Bakemonogatari, where I'll wait till all the episodes air and then marathon them) in order to start the fall season (Fairy Tail, Darker than Black 2 and the 2nd season of Kiddy Grade, though I think I'll drop this one). I didn't really like Element Hunters; watched the first 2 episodes and then just kind of gave up. Didn't even try Needless. :P
I meant the quality of the picture on the tapes I downloaded. The stories weren't that bad, but the last episode (where I stopped watching) was too boring for me.
Well I mainly wanted to watch the Hulk and Namor segments on the show so I can finally complete my guides over on TV.com, but I figured I might as well watch all the segments. It has (very) limited animation, but it's not so bad.
I managed to get enough money for it now, but I'll probably spend most of it by the time the book gets here. :P The 3rd Romanian anime convention is actually this weekend but I don't think I'll be going.
I was talking about Jimmy Two-Shoes (if that helps :P). The title was changed to Jimmy Cool for Europe. Yeah, Kim Possible was pretty good. I've seen most of the episodes before and like them but now I don't really feel like watching it again. Of course, I wasn't worried about that. :P I was only thinking that if a series airs on TV it means more merchandise would also get licensed for this country.
Yeah, I heard how good Clone Wars is, so I'll look for all the current episodes to download :P, and try to start it soon.
Not only classics... well, depends on what you mean by classics. Stuff like Johnny Bravo, Dexter, Sheep in the Big City, Duck Dodgers (basically 90s stuff and even later) shouldn't really air on Boomerang. Though if CN refuses to air them again and they can't be found anywhere else I don't mind. :P Now I see they're going to air a new Garfield show next month... I assume it's new since it looks like it's 3D.
There is another channel that airs here with really old cartoons. Even shows I've never seen before (or even heard of before XD)... mostly black and white cartoons, but they do air some of the old Hanna-Barbera shows so I watch it. The only bad thing is that there's no schedule for the channel, so you have to watch it all the time to see what it's on.

Phantom was good, but 07-Ghost I hated. Ya, 07-Ghost is still ongoing, but even if it gets a sequel I doubt I'll start it. I couldn't take all that shoujo-ness anymore. I was surprised with Phantom's ending as well. Ya, Blassreiter wasn't so bad. Good luck catching up. :P

Good to hear. I've been trying to get a feel for how the filler arc is and most people say it isn't bad.
I thought the 3rd Bleach movie was decent. I hated the main girl villain's voice...was so whiny and annoying. It was good, though.

Ah, Brotherhood. For some reason I'm not enjoying it as much as the manga or the first series..I guess because I already know what's gonna happen. Nevertheless, it's still good. Ah yes, that was sad.

I think I did, but oddly when I read it just now it came as a shock so maybe I didn't. xD I don't remember. Funny, bc I'm watching Disney XD now (X-Men Evolution has been marathoning :P). I don't think Naruto would air on Sci-Fi since it isn't a sci-fi, ya know? Nope, I haven't watched anything on Sci-Fi since Gundam/Gurren Lagann. Interesting, though. I don't think I'll bother. :P But anyway, Wiki has SHippuuden's dub set to Oct 28. I'll watch it if I remember. I'm trying to remember when Spectacular Spider-man is on since Logi recommended it and I finished it in like 4 days so since I know about it's whole ratings/season 3 ordeal I wanna give it my rating at least. :P
Ah, cool. Any idea where I can find it? I don't think I've ever read a comic book online...well, even though manga is typically the same I suppose, but idk where I'd find it. :P

Nope, Fury wasn't on the '03 Spidey series. You still haven't seen Daredevil? I seen it the year it came out (also '03, I think), though I haven't seen yet the Elektra spin-off.
That's not Kingpin on Spectacular Spidey, it's Tombstone. He has the same "job" as the Kingpin had on the '90s Spidey cartoon, but it's not the same character.
Lol, that would probably be the plot of the episode: Galactus not listening to his mother and getting into trouble and then the moral of the episode would be we have to listen to our parents. :P Seeing how it's aimed at (much) younger kids it would make sense. I only watched the pilot, and that was enough for me. At least for now, maybe I'll try to watch some more episodes when I'll be in the right mood, but for now I have once again fallen behind on enough shows. Though I did manage to catch up on Iron Man AA.

Yeah but if it'll focus on Kakashi (at least that's what I got from the previews) it shouldn't be too bad. True, the current Bleach filler is pretty good. At least so far. If it's true they want to stretch it out for 50+ episodes it will probably become less good. Yeah, the 3rd movie should be subbed soon.
In the meantime Superman/Batman: Public Enemies was released too. Well, I watched it like 10 days before it came out on DVD (thanks to downloading, of course :P). I liked it. It was kind of short but still good. Oh an apparently the upcoming JL movie will not be in the DCAU continuity... Here's a preview for it (the audio isn't too good though).
I knew the Titans movie will be called that, but didn't know anything else about it. Hopefully it will be finished eventually.I still have around 60 episode of Inuyasha to watch. :P I'm almost done with most of the summer anime.
LOL, actualy I still haven't finished the series, even if it was only 13 episodes long. XD Only watched the first 6 episodes (I think) and then moved on to something else. The quality of the episodes wasn't that good so I just forgot about it. :P Now I'm on the '60s Marvel Super Heroes Show... watching Captain America.
I started buying SJ only in June of this year so it'll be a while till I get the missing volumes of both Bleach and Naruto. :P Yeah, I knew about that volume of Superman but since they didn't have it I just bought these 3 volumes instead. I still haven't finished reading them anyway. And now I have 2 (and another 3 should be coming later this month when my order will be processed) volumes of Uncanny X-Men to read. And then there's a special Hulk Vs. the Marvel Universe volume I want to get but I have to get some more money first. :P
I could only stand watching 2 shows on Disney channel so far and I did think they were kind of funny (Jimmy Cool & Kid Vs. Kat) but there's no way I'll start watching any of the live-action shows it has. Yeah, I heard about Shippuuden airing on your Disney... I doubt it'll air over here though.
I tried watching Bakugan and Ben 10 but couldn't really get into thsoe shows. I've never been a big Transformers fan and never watched this Animated series (it didn't even air on CN here, it aired on Jetix, which is strange becuase from what I read CN was involved in the production of the show). I watched a couple of SW episodes, but not all of them. I had the first 19 episodes downloaded for months, and still haven't watched them. Maybe some day. :P
Lol, Dexter airs 4 times a day on my version of Boomerang. Aside from the fact that there are too many reruns, it still has the good old shows CN just threw away to make room for other not as good shows and live-action.

Summer did go by quickly. It doesn't feel like summer ended for me since I'm not going to school until January, but now all my parents bug me about is..well..I get the "I hope you don't think you're gonna sit around the house for 3 months" speech. Lame.

Hahah, pffft. The only 50 episode shows I've finished in less than a week that I can think of are Full Metal Panic! and FMA. Yep, finished Dennou Coil...loved it. Started out kinda kiddish but it was actually really good in the end...unique. Started DtB again as well and it's not as boring as I remember the beginning to be. I remember being so not impressed for the first 10 episodes, but I'm hooked. I prolly woulda finished it a second time if I had the time, but I'm halfway thru it anyway. Yep, it's a good series. ^^
Seriously, that's dumb. It's going against their franchise name. =/. I really only watch Adult Swim...for Bleach...so I guess as long as that isn't taken away I'll be happy. They're getting pretty far into it...I think Rukia is just about to get lost in the Forest of Menos. :P I know last week they aired the first movie...which I watched. I feel lucky that Bleach has such a good dub.

Yeah, I found episode #15 of Iron Man AA and downloaded it but haven't watched it yet. According to the summary it featured the Black Panther.
Lol, I know; it seems all the newest Marvel animated series only feature the black version of Nick Fury, but I have no idea why. I knew he was black since I read some Ultimate X-men comics in which he appeared. The last time the white Fury was used in animation was in X-Men Evolution, I think. And the first time the black one was used was in the Ultimate Avengers movies. The same thing is happening for Kingpin, who was white in the 90s Spider-man series and then black in the 2003 series and the Daredevil movie. I guess it could be because the producers want a "more racially diverse cast of characters", the same reason they added the black Green Lantern on the JL show... but then it was a completely different person, not the same one as here.
True, the Marvel Chibi Squad, lol. Well from what I read on another site, I doubt the show actually wants to be taken seriously. One of the characters set to appear is Galactus' Mom. XD Something tells me this won't be an action cartoon. :P
Well technically all the movies were fillers, but not quite as disastrous as this one. :P I wonder how the next one is going to be.
Ah, so you watched it by now. What did you think of it? I'm pretty sure Wonder Woman should be uploaded somewhere as well. :P
I'm just wondering if the new Justice League movie will be in the same continuity as the show or separate from it like all the movies so far. You mean Teen Titans, right? I don't know, it's been a while so I doubt they'd want to make another movie now (I could be wrong of course :P)
By now, it is obvious. :P I only plan on starting 2 shows this fall, Darker than Black 2 (I really should re-watch the first season before too) and Fairy Tail. And maybe the new InuYasha series if I finally manage to finish the first series. XD Other than that, not sure.
As for non-anime shows I'm currently watching "UltraForce" (don't know oif you heard or watched this show before; I didn't even know about it until recently. I knew about some of the characters from some toys I had years ago, but never knew they had their own show).
Besides that, I got my manga/comics for this month so I'll be busy for a while. :P I got vol.5 of Bleach (already read it), all 4 vols. of Zombie Powder (1/4 done) and comics: JLA New World Order and The Death of Superman (only the first part, I still need to get the next 2 vols. A World Without Superman & Return of Superman, so I'll wait to read it till I get the entire series).
Yeah, I heard. I'm not sure what to expect to happen next. I'm not sure how things work but if that means Disney bought only the rights to air the Marvel shows it shouldn't be too bad... though I guess they wouldn't want to air "too violent" cartoons and could consider some Marvel shows need to be edited. So I guess I'll just hope for the best.
Speaking of Disney, the Disney Channel is finally going to launch a Romanian version this month, replacing Jetix. Not that I care that much since I most likely won't watch most of the shows they will air anyway. :P
I guess I'm lucky the CN we get here just has one live-action show currently... but it's other programming doesn't interest me that much either, but at least it's animated. :P The only show I'm watching on CN is Total Drama Action (which premiered yesterday). Boomerang is still the channel I watch the most, that it when I watch stuff on TV and not on my computer. :P

I really suggest you give Shin Mazinger a chance again ^^ if you can. Episode 1 starts in media res and is mostly some sort of preview of things to come. That's why it's kinda confusing to new peeps. Yep, definitely. I think with the 4 released the current count is chapter 36. Ya, I don't think they're dubbing it, lol.
MAL says I watched DtB in 6 days. xD All I remember is being really bored towards the beginning. I'm just about done with Dennou Coil (3 episodes left) so gonna hopefully finish it up now and then maybe start DtB tomorrow..since I also started this rly cool manga Bloody Monday. Spice and Wolf II isn't that good...I think I gave season 1 and 8, the OVA a 7, and so far I'd give the second season a 6. It's boring to me. Ya, I saw they had the subs from Funi for Dtb on youtube so I'm prolly gonna watch it there. Maybe I'll give the dub a try if I can find it.

Well if Wikipedia is right, Iron Man should continue airing around now, the end of August. Not sure if they have already since I haven't found any new episodes online, but either way I would have waited for more episodes to air before I watch them. And then there's also the Marvel Super Hero Squad Show that's supposed to start in September, but I'm not sure I'll watch more than an episode or two of it. :P

I saw the entire Green Lantern movie has been already uploaded on Youtube... just noticed it was there; didn't check the quality or if there were any missing parts. I thought you already got a chance to watch Wonder Woman by now. :P
They will most likely make a sequel to the Dark Knight but it probably won't be as good. Not sure what villain(s) they could use. For Superman I heard they were working on a reboot rather than a sequel.
Oh and I saw they're making a Green Lantern live-action movie scheduled for 2011. And the next animated movie from DC will be "Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths".
Lol, I figured you'd say something like that. I haven't really done much in the last weeks but I think I managed to catch up with most of the anime I was watching. It will probably be a while before I start any new shows, maybe except a few of the new fall season anime. I have plenty of other shows (both animated and live-action) I want to watch in the meantime as well.

Haha, right. Well, have fun watching it. Season 4 wasn't bad...a lot of Jaden, though. I do like the manga, though...(of GX)...and 4 new chapters were released the other day.
Haha, love that show. I think it's the only 24 episode series I finished in 2 days. I remember I watched episodes 1-19 the first day, finished it on Day 2 along with finishing the comedy Fumoffu or whatever, and then on Day 3 wrapped it up with The Second Raid....loved it all. Now, ofc, I don't have enough time nor patience to sit through a series in one day. I just found out Darker than BLACK 2 is this fall! Had no idea they released a date for it...now I gotta hurry and watch Season 1. =/
lol, I know the feeling. I was busy all weekend so I'm behind on the weekly stuff to say the least. I am happy to say I'm almost done with Hatsukoi Limited. (finally) Such a slacker these days...

Same here. I think Yugi would win. It'd be cool to see them duel since they each have their own strategy..with Yugi using his own deck that works well together, Jaden with his fusions, and Yusei with the new Synchros. I think Yusei could beat Jaden, though. xD I've grown to like Yusei, not nearly as much as Yugi, but I like Yusei over the happy-go-lucky Jaden. I still don't think you've seen Season 4 of Jaden, but that was the only time I didnt mind Jaden. Pfffft, I wish. Aki + Riding Duels = Should never happen.
Yeah, true. I saw District 9 the other day and idk if you were planning on seeing it, but don't. It was terrible.
I was thinking about it the other night that I wanted to rewatch 4 shows...the 2 I mentioned, Full Metal Panic and Black Lagoon. That makes sense. I haven't watched anime on TV in awhile...aside from Bleach dubbed every week. They just to the part where Ulq took Orihime. It's weird to see it get to far since when I had caught up with Bleach, they were at the episode where Rukia was fighting the 9th Espada..and now for the dub to almost be there...it's strange.
