Hey! 'names Alex. i love anime! obviously otherwise i wouldn't be here now would i? i love it because when you watch it you get a deeper array of emotions and situations than you can normally get from a TV Sitcom; you can portray more through this than any real life actors can create.

my favorite genres are probably Romance, Drama, and Comedy with a side of Action. I've had some great success in finding a series that has three, but one that also contains Action to a great amount still eludes me...

So far I'd have to say that my all-time favorite series are Kanon, Air, Shana, Ouran Host Club and School Rumble. Why? well, mostly Air and Kanon are just plain fantastic (thats the best i can do without going on for 5 paragraphs, same for the following), Ouran and School Rumble are frikkin hilarious and Shana is also just fantastic.

as for manga...i hardly read it. I've read Fruits Basket and thats about it. i do read the myriad of Touhou doujins that are floating about the net but MAL doesn't record those unfortunately.

What else....i play games a lot. i'm not so much a console gamer but i enjoy a few games. the two (several?) games i play semi religiously is the Touhou series and Stepmania. it'll be a cold day in hell when i get bored of those two.

other interests are Astronomy, Meteorology, Geology, and Astrology. yes i'm aware that Astrology is a bunch of crap but its still very amusing to build a chart and see what comes from it.
