So this is the sequel of kaitou joker and 2 kids are phantom thiefs.
1 of the kid is son of queen and joker and the other one is a random kid from school. In my opinion the only thing good is the art style. There is no story arcs so far although it is leading up to it. As the character is ok don't really know how to explain it. But for the enjoyment its really hard to understand what they're talking about and the writer is bad at explaining what the item does. Overall I feel its boring I suggest reading kaitou joker than

Nagai Yuuji's last Manga series he created "Penguin's trouble" was way better than this.
Drawings and stories and characters are really good but this manga is missing one MAIN thing its not funny as Penguins trouble. Most of the gags are predictable in Pascal sensei but in penguins trouble or other gag mangas most of the gags are not really predictable so thats what makes other mangas funny.Pascal sensei's gags are a bit funny but not funny as laughable. At the end I don't suggest buying this manga just watch the anime because the manga isn't really funny. Anime is a bit more funnier but not ...

This review kind of includes SPOILERS.
Kaitou Joker is a good anime in my opinion but why I'm rating this a 6 is the story doesn't make sense in season 1&2 and about 3/4 of the series is a filler episode. Also Joker freakin is a time traveler, although they don't mention he's a time traveler but in the whole series about 1/4 of the tricks aren't even tricks and just prediction/already knowing whats happening.
