I live in Brazil and, besides japanese culture, I also enjoy basketball, music and reading books. On top of everything else, I live for Jesus Christ, and to disseminate his love and hope.

I'm not very rigorous with an anime/manga to give it a high rating, but I won't waste my 10s and 9s with average series. I have my favorites, and when I rate I might not be exactly "impartial", so consider that if you read my reviews. Fan service will lower a rating, intelligent plot will make it rise.

I have my preferences, and I know the quality of a series is sometimes subjective, but I try not to give a very high (or very low) evaluation just based on what I think. If the story is still good, even if it doesn't attract me a lot, I still give a good rating. I might as well lower the rating I would give to some of my favorite series because I know they're not perfect. Even if I tend to exalt some of the anime/manga I like in reviews or in rating, I'll always try to consider the option that stands between my personal tastes, the real quality and the general opinion about it.

I enjoy many different kinds of anime, from those almost plotless semi-retarded anime with cute little characters to psychological and thriller stories. I got an open mind for new styles, but that doesn't mean I'll like anything.
