It's a "what if story", It's a "what if the character who looks like the uke was the seme and vice versa" story. If that sounds appealing check it out. If not this isn't for you.
The art is pretty sexy but nothing wowed me so I gave it a five. Both the male leads are dtf which makes the manga less rapey than is typical for the bl genre. The main thing holding the story back is that it's a generic iseki story. Nothing all that special or interesting really happens for the most part. It's one of those things you have to read
