Imagine you're starting a new high school life with a new city and new home. You did not like that home at first, but you find a girl you had a crush on and decided to stay.

Let's take a look at "Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou" main two charecters:

- Usa "Kazunari Usa", a high school student resides at Kawai Complex, a resident full of weird people. The main reason he chooses to stay at the complex is for the girl he liked on first sight, Ritsu Kawai, a senior of his and a resident at the same complex.

- Kawai "Ritsu Kawai", a shy girl who has ... a great passion on reading books and loves to share that passion.

The story is about Usa and Kawai, how the friendship between them is built up, what events and circumstances that happen to bond these two and make them know more of each other.. well, at least one of them is : )

The story has some similarities to "Honey and Clover" and to "Sakurasou", so if you enjoyed these two you might enjoy watching "Kawaisou" as well.

The anime is very similar to Sword Art Online, and both have great sounds and music. However there are some upsides and downsides here and there:

I liked the sense that Shiroe, a strategist and the protagonist of the story, uses tactics as a way to win fights more often than he use force. It adds more attractiveness and appreciation to the enjoyment of Log Horizon. (Shiroe + Ryouta Sakamoto, the protagonist of Btooom!, have similar ways on handing things; which is a thing I like in both animes)

However, in Sword Art Online what kept players from returning back to real world is that Nerve Gear, ... the head piece technology used to play the game, was altered so that when a player dies he dies in real world too. But in Log Horizon, what makes players stay in the game? (unable to logout is not an enough reason to add sense to the story in my humble opinion). The series did not answer this question in its 1st season, but things might probably be more clear in the 2nd season to be aired next October.

Overall, I enjoyed watching the anime especially the way the story builds up the way makes Log Horizon the kind of anime that you eager for the coming next episode to watch. Among animes aired on the same October 2013 season, Log Horizon is one of my recommended series. And, the ending theme song is spectacular!

If you think Nagi no Asukara is just a drama/romance anime then wait! you might quite miss a great piece.

Nagi no Asukara circles around three main factors:
- Two villages living close to each other: the sea village (Shioshishio) and the surface village.
- Five school students: four from the sea (Manaka, Hikari, Chisaki, Kaname) and Tsumugu from the surface.
- Many supporting characters from sea and surface villages.

Nagi no Asukara, is a relationship work between two different cultures; sea and surface village. An anime between four friends & one who will come later in the series. It is an anime that magnificently utter lessons in bonds, friendship ... and love.

I thought Nagi no Asukara would be just a plain drama/romance anime .. and I was wrong. I was amazed by how at a certain point in the series everything starts to turn out into a wonderful masterpiece; the story, the attachment to characters and even my steady level of enjoyment, all began to raise up to a higher bar.

Not all animes do quite well with such points of turn, but Nagi no Asukara did a great job.

Makoto Tsukimoto "Smile", a young student and a member of a school table tennis club nicknamed "smile" as he do not smile very often. Tsukimoto been a victim of school abuse since childhood and decided the best way to deal with those abusers is to choose ignorance by concealing himself and hide, until a "Hero" arrived.

Yutaka Hoshino "Peco", loves table tennis and eagers to be a national and worldwide champion.

Tsukimoto and "Peco" are best friends and always like to meet to play after school at a nearby table tennis center. While both loves table tennis, Tsukimoto has no interest into taking it seriously as ... Peco does, and just using it as a way for passing time.

The two friends loves to play most days that way until their bond of friendship encounters a certain road block and at this time you begin to understand how deeply their friendship bond tied up in the past.

The way this work shows of this bond of friendship, the passion towards table tennis and the reason why they both love playing against each other is just so extraordinary.

You rarely have the opportunity to watch an anime series that connect the dots as Ping Pong does in this great piece of work!

The story resides around two high school students Miyamura and Hori and their two friends. Hori is a student girl who likes to spend her school time around her friends. Miyamura is student boy who has been treated as an outcast since childhood, while likes having friends, everyone is staying away from fearing his appearance before knowing him better. One day, he finds Hori's little brother crying in the park before walking him home and meet hori (the story of friendship and affection starts from here).

Now, I have just watched the first episode of the anime, and from what I have seen it is a ... simple (in terms of art and events) but enjoyable work with no complications or deep diving into many aspects which might not have any direct relation to the story.

"Hori-san to Miyamura-kun" is a light anime which have some values on friendship, love and the effects of society discrimination towards every person who has been ill treated or casted away for just being different.

Even though it's different, if you liked "Kimi ni Todoke" you might as well like the simplicity of "Hori-san to Miyamura-kun".

I have watched the 1st Season of Kuroko no Basket, it was enjoyable as characters were building up on the series and Seirin team is still raising up. Overall, I have enjoyed the 1st season even though some episodes seemed boring.

Now for the 2nd season, I it was fair overall until the show reached the match between Seirin High and Tou team. To make long story short, the match took too many episodes (even though this was expected in a sports anime), but what I did not like is the power-up (Saiyan) style part of the play, when players were waking up and powering all ... suddenly. You might think this was a part of a strategy used while playing in the match, but in fact it was a lame act to add some Shounen style to a sports anime.

If you want to watch a real basketball anime (even though it is not a new one), I would recommend watching Slam Dunk.

Attack on Titan OVA 2: Jean’s Story:

The episode is a back story on Jean Kirstein and the 104th trainees squad with some light comedy and laughs. A light comedy that do not lineup with Attack on Titan's original serious story, unlike "Ilse's Journal" the 1st OVA.

Attack on Titan OVA 1: Ilse's Journal:

A story tells the encounter of Recon Corps on their 49th expedition outside the walls. Levi and his comrades as well as Hange Zoe found a notebook journal written by former Recon Corps member Ilse Langnar. The journal notes some new information about the titans which well then change the force stand on titan ... research.

Enjoyment: 8/10

The story is enjoyable overall, but as a single OVA episode, do not expect it to be on the level of the anime series.

Art: 8/10
Character: 9/10
As you have might seen in the anime series, Recon Corps members are very enjoyable + the most intelligent and organized among other forces within the wall.
