I do the same with anime as well. Try to give them at least 2-3 episodes to impress.

TTGL...man, I totally get that. I could barely continue on after episode eight. I wanted to crawl into a corner and wither away. But, once I finally crawled back out of that hole, it was well worth it. It's like...so much of what happens later, couldn't have been possible if episode 8 ain't happen. Or rather...I couldn't imagine it any other way, hahah.

Oh yes, I've been watching Infinite Stratos as well. It's worth the half hour, mhmm. As for Freezing... dude.. I TOTALLY AGREE. I was going to check it out and, as such, downloaded the first episode. I turned that shit on, and was like "okay...what the heck is this..?". So, I skipped through it and it just kept failing, so it met a pretty swift end in my book. XD

Random note: Is Gurren Lagann not an epic anime, or what?! It iz. da shit. :p

Didn't know that about Seirei no Moribito. They definitely have much to work with. Man, why is it that the good stuff don't get the proper spotlight they deserve, while whacked out shows tend to go on forever... >__<

Looks like I'll have to check out Sora's specials, whenever I get my hands on them. And, it just so happens I have both Samurai 7 and Mushishi, but have yet to watch them. I suppose I should place them higher on my list of things to check out, lol.

You know, for a while there, I was starting to think the anime industry was seriously falling. But, this season ended up having some pretty good shows. Most of them I checked out just on a whim, not expecting much, but have ended up liking them. Fractale, Gosick, Level E being the better ones this season, I believe.

Yeah, it's true you could see the ending coming, it was still good though. From episodes before it got close to ending, I could tell easily that there's no way they'd be able to finish it up in just 26 episodes. Well, here's to hoping they continue it.

Looks like I'll have to retract that last statement, cuz WOW. 2000+ completed anime!? Good Lord, what do they do all day? They must've been in the fandom for a very, very, very long time, is all I cay say XD

Btw, Seirei no Moribito is one of my favorites as well. Absolutely loved it, and like Guin Saga, I wish it gets another season, ova, or SOMETHING XD

I agree about Guin Saga. As much as I loved the anime, and it's soundtrack, and Guin (XD), the end leaves much left undone. I'm praying they give us another season or two, because I've heard the story is very long, and they only covered a bit in the anime. If they decide to continue it, then it could become something pretty epic, I think.

I haven't seen K-On! yet, and I doubt I will anytime soon. I wasn't gonna even check out Sora no Woto because of everyone callin' it a K-On! rip off, but somehow I ended up watching it anyway, and loved it. It's a cute and emotional anime.

You seem to have watched a ton of anime--like, a shitload, lol--when did you first get into it? I started around 2004, slowed down a bit between, then picked it up again last year.

And yes, good fantasy animes are awesome~

I see a lot of awesome anime in your list that I've also enjoyed watching. Keep on with Guin Saga, I think it's an awesome anime, and deserves another couple of seasons, lol.

You also just finished Shiki and Sora no Woto. I personally loved Sora no Woto's, so, what did you think of them both? I haven't watched Shiki yet, but I hear it's good stuff.

Ja też najpierw przeczytałem mangę. Zbyt dużo nie prezentowała, ale zaintrygowała mnie na tyle, że sięgnąłem po anime. Nie lubię kiedy ludzie posądzają WR o nudę i brak wyrazu (vide większość z FA).
