Yeah, take the time to get through It, I actually put off jojo for like several months, because I couldn't get through the first few episodes of part 1, I just couldn't get used to the bizarreness, but in the end I started to really appreciate the weirdness, though the problem for you is that part 3 seems uninspired.
Later parts get more fucking wacky and creative, the author was probably just trying to find footing in part 3 and I think the risk paid off for him. He seem to be the type to take risks in stories and I really appreciate that, since that decision was what made me like jojo for the foreseeable future :D

Really nice and well thought out review for part 3! I usually really dislike MAL reviews, but you explained everything straight to the point, even though I disagree with most of the opinions :) btw part 3 is actually quite disliked also among the fans, most people consider part 2 to be better (with exceptions of course). Just some insight from someone who has read ahead, I feel like the author really perfects the jojo formula in the later parts, though don't watch the later parts if you don't want to. I don't want to seem pushy, just giving insight.

Understandable. I say ignore the hype and enjoy it for the fun action. That is what I did and I found great enjoyment in it. It isn't anything deep, but I mean most shounen's are not. But I figured I should let you know the characters do develop some. On the level, you want them too? I am not sure about that, but still XD

Hi! I am the 8th person who find your Demon Slayer review helpful. The show would be better if they relied on tactics than on some random water technique that we haven't seen Tanjiro actually practice. I agree on that heavily.

Now obviously I like demon slayer, and trust me I don't find it perfect, but if you do watch a bit more you do get some insight into mr annoying and why he is that way, I don't think it would solve your problem with him, but the show is aware of his annoyingness.
