It's true that really good or entertaining stories can come from shit plotlines. And I'm not saying that it is 1000% impossible YOU SHOULD GIVE UP NOW and never be a mangaka. What I am trying to get through to you is

1. manga doesn't happen over night.

2. you need to learn how to draw.

3. you have to work really, really hard if you want to make it.

Make your manga for fun, whatever. Just don't expect to go anywhere with it without a fuck ton of ambition--which is where my concern is coming from, because you don't seem to have any. "I'll just get someone else to draw it for me." Good plan, except it's not likely to happen.
