Welcome to the Kaiters Anime Review of : Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex!
GitS:SAC tells a story of Section 9, a Bureau in cyberpunk Japan's Government, and does it with style and an interesting structure.
All episodes are labelled either "Standalone" or "complex" with the Complex ones following the main plotline. Now you may think the Standalone episodes are useless filler, but no they are filled with character development and other neat scenes that enriches the story, as well as still sometimes tying into the main plotline, but in subtle ways.
All the characters form Section 9 are interesting, however my singular gripe with this

A Chill and heart warming anime that shares lot of atmosphere with Hal´s earlier work on Aria: The Animation and its sequels, Both in terms of its music use and general tone. The Art Club is actually not used as a backdrop but an active part of the anime´s story. Prepare for a lot of talking about art and sketching. I feel that many of the usual tropes didn't get used, and it felt a bit refreshing. Something I adored was the MC´s (Kajiwara, Sora) Development, and that a lot of the time she has an ...
