Both series utilizing the difference lifespan between fantasy races to estabilish plot and world building. It's very obvious in Frieren as it is the story's main plot, while in dungeon meshi it more of a sub plot that gradually revealed as the story uncover character's back story, motivation etc.

Both are horror stories with semi-episodic format and contain a certain degree of gory content. Fran more heavy on gory department while Shibito combine gory with haunting.

Both series shows daily lives with occasional bizarre incident involving alien/ghost/dimension travel etc. The concept of "daily lives goes by even when bizarre thing happened" shown by combining normal daily lives & supernatural phenomenon. The difference is that Soremachi got normal human neighborhood as a setting while Centaur take a setting in modern-ish fantasy world.

...then you might like Wolfsmund add

Both have the theme of breaking enemy's defense line. Kingdom shows a battle to infiltrate other nation while Wolfsmund shows a battle to taking down castle. Both shows large scale war scene in detail where sacrifice of comrades is shown as desperate act to achieve victory. The difference are that Wolfsmund have very short storyline compared to Kingdom, since their aim is clearly different. The setting also different, and Wolfmunds focus even less in single main character.
