Story: 9
The story is filled with humour and has a plot with its great conflicts. I like a story that actually has a problem that takes time and effort to fix, and Beelzebub definitely gave me what I wanted. The arcs have a nice variety, and the story somehow weaves the violence and fights into it that makes it so hilarious, such as the Christmas arc. The manga artist has an amazing sense of timing when it comes to humor; most of the chapters are simply priceless.

reading back on it; I felt I was being jerked off my feet with the force of that one. It seemed it introduced a bunch of new characters at once that I keep track of who was who, and I ended up thinking "that guy" was like this, "this other guy" fought Oga. It also developed the concept of demons and how their world works which is good, but I think it was very overwhelming.

Beelzebub has its own weird assortment of characters which are totally different from the others, so there is no-one who is there without a purpose in the manga. In the delinquent school, everyone has to fight; naturally the girls are badasses in their way, with Queen Aoi Kunieda and the Red Tails.
Oga starts off by trying to get rid of Beelzebub, causing a number of misunderstandings which has its own butterfly effect. However, he grows to appreciate and like his new son, and matures as the series goes. His sadistic character combined with his supernatural strength make him a person to behold and fear. I personally really like his character because he's actually a nice person deep down, however much of an asshole he may be, and really cares for his friends in his own way. His natural fighting ability make him the "living legend, child-rearing badass" standing at the top of Ishiyama, his kingdom with baby Beel at his side.
The Ishiyama Tohoshinki are ferocious fighters in their own right; they are not to be underestimated just because Oga defeated them. Being the only girl leader, Aoi Kunieda was definitely going to be more developed than the other leaders, but that was expected and it really paid off. They stand behind their king and help him when the going gets tough, but all from their own will and their undying loyalty to him.
Personally I really liked Furuichi. Even as polar opposites he is still best (and only) friends with Oga, by his side no matter what happens; I really like that part of him. Though he is a perverted one, he is definitely the closest person to being "normal" in Ishiyama, and the one to provide comic relief and to point out the illogical circumstances, but his words usually fall on deaf ears. Doesn't matter though, it's Ishiyama High!

I swear there wasn't a single chapter where I was either grinning like a madman or just totally immersed in the story. The comedy is basically "people beating each other up" but it's actually a lot better than that. Beware, because the manga will find absolutely the most random places to put a comedic scene, and it'll throw you off course, but it's still going to be awesome

Honestly this is the first manga I've read in a single day... I read it from 12 noon to 5 in the morning because I was so hooked on this and I simply couldn't wait until the next day to finish it. Technically it wasn't a single day but you get what I mean. 5 HOURS OF SLEEP BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT. I would definitely recommend this one. I had really hoped it would continue, but I guess it would have become worse if it did. After all, "you either die as Death Note, or live long enough to see yourself become Bleach."

My friend told me to watch Guilty Crown because apparently it was what she talked about lots to another friend. She also told me 3 times to watch it, so I thought: Hey I might as well, right?
Story: 6
When it starts off, it seems like Shu is just going to accept his fate with the Undertakers, go on fun little missions like those cartoons you see where it's do something, go home and there's one episode done. development of story and there are actual problems, not like those childish cartoons where A goes: "Hey, I found an object and we can do something with this to solve the problem!" and the rest of the people go "Good thinking, A!" and that's it. The pacing was pretty good, to me there weren't really any fillers or bits where it was too rushed. The plot really holds together in the end but the coincidences are pretty strange to be real.
For me, the saddest moment of the anime is when *SPOILER* Hare dies. It was actually very nice of her to heal Shu even though she was way too injured to do that. After all, I was taught to heal yourself before others, because if you died, who would help the still injured people? (e.g. in a plane crash, get your own oxygen mask on first) It was also gut-wrenching where she just... dies when her Void was cut.
Sound: 8
There are parts of the anime where you can just hear the music over the action and sound effects, and the music is placed in just the right moments to amplify the tension, which also increases the thrill of the action. I really liked My Dearest. (OP 1)
Characters: 6
It seems weird, but I think most of the characters are simply insane in their own way, and they're going through with their plans because of some random little thing that bugs them. To quote a certain meme, "She looks like the kinda girl who acts all sweet, then when gets criticism goes home and microwaves her hamster." Instead, when these characters meet resistance, they go and massacre a bunch of people just because it didn't go their way. "It's just good business" ~Cutler Beckett
To me Shu didn't really develop, but Inori started talking more and actually sharing her thoughts, especially after *SPOILER* Gai's death.
Also Inori's clothes made me a little uncomfortable

It was totally action-packed. That's all I will say.

Pretty good. I'm not really sure why people don't like it; as far as I can tell, it's good enough. (Though I haven't watched a lot of anime)

Story: 6
The story was a lot more confusing than the first and second seasons because although it was loyal to the manga, that meant it had to skip a lot of chapters and that means we have a lot of random things suddenly appearing, confusing the viewers. Even though the Tenri Arc ended up being an OVA, the stories of the other goddesses were basically a few seconds, and that was only the kiss scenes.
The last few episodes centered around Ayumi and Chihiro were better. It was well developed and a little heart-breaking when Chihiro was very much manipulated. Unlike the other ones, it had

major bumps and stops which makes it even more thrilling as Keima was working in a time limit
Characters: 6
Keima has indeed changed drastically from the start of the anime, from an otamegane who only cares about his games and PFP, to a hero who is actually concentrated on saving the world, instead of rejecting reality as a "crappy game"
I personally didn't really like Chihiro because of my little grudge from the second season where she just jumps from boy to boy. This time, she's willing to help out even if it means watching the one she likes try and earn the hearts of others, or helping even though she doesn't really know what's going on, only that conquering the girls are important.
The goddesses weren't really THAT important, despite this being the goddess arc. The only ones with actual events were Kanon (SPOILER: when she got stabbed) and Tenri. The others were basically: get conquered, then go home and hide yourself until we need you. The other goddesses were also pretty one-sided, there was hardly any character development on them, probably because they didn't get a lot of screen time after they got conquered. The last few episodes were instead focused on Ayumi and Chihiro, and it certainly is satisfying when they FINALLY kiss after events that make you go "JUST KISS ALREADY"
Enjoyment: 8
Even with all its flaws and such, the comedy is still as good as ever, and watching Keima getting beat up for various reasons is still hilarious, old as it may be. Some episodes are definitely memorable and worth rewatching for the hilarity, though after the ride you might think "eh, it wasn't that good"; the anime loses its touch after a while.
Overall: 7
Not the best season from this anime, and I've watched better animes than this. It was probably because of the confusion of the story (i.e. adding in characters at the last second) that dragged it down for me.
