Tadgh: This is not a show for the typical anime fan. It's not about normal high school life. It's not about action. It's not about supernatural powers or a teen learning they're half demon. It's about an earnest young man throwing himself into a flurry of new experiences in an attempt to figure out his life. The farm setting is great because it introduces a lot of moral decisions that many of us ignore. I actually think I learned something from watching this show. It's listed as a comedy, and while funny, it's more about the struggle we all face while figuring out life. It's
...
not a typical anime, but it's definitely worth a watch.
Dr. R. Dash: I absolutely loved silver spoon. I feel like i enjoyed it so much because i have been in the veterinary field for the last 6-7 years of my life and it was a rough road at the start but now its my every day so watching hachiken-kun go through all the little details that people who work with animals everyday take for granted he takes to heart I even had two veterinarians i work with watch a episode with me on a lunch break and they loved the calf being born episode- Please watch CANT WAIT FOR SEASON 2.
Laohoam: This anime really does lean toward a genre all on its own. at first I thought it was going to be a bore, but as the story progressed on I could really relate to the protagonist. He was lost and didn't know what to do with his life. It really shows his growth and the everyday struggle. Just as he did, and we all do, I learned something. i learnt not to judge an anime to early.
Rasanaph: It was hard for me to stay enthralled, but all in all it was an alright anime.

Tadgh: I'm not into the idol scene. We choose our anime from a random list so we can watch new things. Honestly I didn't enjoy the subject matter much. That said, the anime itself was OK. They made the characters very individual and made it easy to get invested in their struggle. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like the real life Wake Up Girls! but it was an ok slice of life.
Laohoam: This isn't the first idol anime i have watched, it also isn't the best. that being said it wasn't unbearable. The story progressed well. Reflecting the issue
...
of each girl and the bond that helps them overcome each solution. Though the level of drama was a bit extreme, which is what killed it for me. if you have nothing else to watch give it a try.
Rasanaph- Honestly this just isn't my type of anime, i fell asleep each time we got together to watch it.
Dr.R.Dash: SO In short I wish it was better but, I really did enjoy all the seven girls and the back story about who they are , how they all came to be in wake up girls I really enjoyed the music, and dance routines it reminded me of the pure days of EVIL when I was a cheerleader because my coach was Terrifying! and she made us suffer if we messed up a dance , i got a little chill of nauseating nostalgia, another reason This is not my favorite is personally I Hate girl drama- Tis BS thats why I only wasted some life being a cheerleader.

Tadgh- I want to start by saying I think the premise of this anime is stupid. Forgetting specific things each week is way to convenient for me to see it as anything other than a plot device. That being said, they don't rely on it overmuch to tell the story. It's brought out when it needs to be for maximum effect. All around, this is a great heartwarming anime. I liked all the charters, even if the MC comes off as a wuss too often. Everything came together well and it leaves you optimistic. A great watch that I'd definitely recommend.
Laohoam- I really enjoyed
...
how they brought the whole story together, they slowely developed the characters and their relationship. This being said though considering the plot was pretty text book it made it predictable. Constantly forgetting friends each week was new to me though. overall I enjoyed it, basic but good slice of life. the only major draw back for me is why was their cheeks always red, they shouldn't always be that jolly...... its a lie.
Rasanaph- Cute and amusing.
Dr.R Dash- So i have seen this pop up on crunchyroll and other anime sites numerous times and just thought eh that looks cute, its true it is it reminds me a lot of Kimi to Boku if your a fan of the art style plot and character and especially the plot line with the romance i would recommend this show to others who want a slice of life and cutesy anime btw the mom is the best character!

Laohoam: I enjoyed the anime overall. The music was great and the art was wonderful. The biggest problem that I had though is that the characters weren't developed enough. we got to see some brief glimpses in to their past, but not really enough to learn anything about them. It was a movie though so we cant really expect much. I would suggest this to anyone looking for an intense racing, giant monster, military, love story.
DR. R. Dash: So when we got this anime movie out of the drawing i was so very excited the art style is so
...
incredible I personally can not wait to draw something from this its so inspirational to my own art. So we really have enjoyed car racing in the past and compared to initial D this is beyond worlds different but I LOVED IT i will rec. this to anyone my heart raced the whole time the story was up and down and gave a incredible ending plus the music was the shit. WATCH THIS.
Tadgh: This anime was recommended to me by a coworker a long time ago. Every frame is hand drawn and it is gorgeous. I loved all the main characters and got a good laugh out of each of the others. While they may not have super deep backstory,. each one was SUPER unique. Music was amazing and hilarious at the same time. It was great, would watch it over and over.
Rasanaph: LOVE - the end
RoyaleButterfly: AS an author the story went where I expected and wanted it to. However, there were a few loose ends and they did not merge the plots very well. I enjoyed the art and the music. The characters were drawn very well and matched their personalities very well. I was amused and would happily watch it again and will refer it to several of my friends.
DMan: Over the top action with beautiful animation, Redline will entertain you through till the end. The overall story jumps quickly but the action pulls you back in. Recommended.
Lunateria: Overall a very fun watch. Animation was beautiful that music fit perfectly. The characters were interesting but i wish were a little more developed. The story plot is were it lost a bit of steam for me. A lot of things happened in a short amount of time without a lot of backstory. I would recommend for those looking for a fun entertaining movie.
Ghostman: The art and the sound were amazing but the story was lacking. Things could have been cut out to allow more time for character development and keeping the flow of the story much more concise.

Laohoam: This was a great add on to the series, the fact that they summarized then continued right were they left off was great. the story continued to develop tac as a racer and how he had to overcome all the challenges in his life to move on. Way to hit lvl 4 tac ... way to go.
Rasnaph: Fantastic, exciting, and this whole franchise has drifted its way into one of my favorites.
DrRDash: I jumped for joy when we drew this one out of the hat, so we all watched this and honestly we all didnt make a peep we just got
...
lost in houw much we really love Initial D. The movie gave new excitement for the up and coming seasons STAGES... and I am so happy we watched the first episode because this is just amazing.
Tadgh: I felt just a good about this one as the other stages we've watched. Initial D works well as a whole; each season has a theme and follows it well. This one was about Tak understanding himself, and it was a good ride. It really set up the rest of the series and we can't wait to get to the next one.

Tadgh: The first couple episodes of this anime got me excited. It had action, distinct character, mysteries, and then it fell on it's face. It wasn't a bad show, but it felt like a grind just to get through it. Everything got hinted at twenty times until it happened and by then it was underwhelming. Some of the critical scenes got boring because of how they got set up. They played the same sound effects over and over, and you really didn't get an specific backstory for anyone. I just wasn't a fan.
Dr. R Dash: OK we started this anime and really enjoyed some things
...
about it the group found quite a bit of humor to most of the episodes but it was difficult to complete eps 23 it was enough by then ... it felt like there was not going to be enough time to tell us answers to all the questions the story gave us and sure enough... but other than being a little sad about the ending i wouldn't say it was a bad anime just a bit drawn out.
Laohoam: I was a bit on the fence about this anime. I did enjoy the story, even though there wasn't as much character development as I would like. It almost feels like they took one scene from what could be a very long movie not giving us a beginning or an ending. This was a hard anime for me to get through at some points if you have to time I would say read the manga skip the anime it wasn't worth it.
Rasanaph: A lot of wasted potential. The constant miss of every climax in the story made it hard to want to actually finish this one. I literally fell asleep at very points through this anime.

Tadgh: One of my recent favorites. My favorite "new anime" art style, bright colors and clean movement. I liked all the characters, particularly because they aren't overly cliched. The story was cool and really came together from all sides. A quick, fun watch that keeps you entertained.
Dr. R Dash: I really!! enjoyed watching this anime it was very exciting and beautiful, the mystery part was always a thing that threw me off, and sadly i have a lot of unanswered questions BUT!!! this will fuel me to watch the next season and i really cant wait!!!- in short I have no complaints! WATCH THIS!!
Rasanaph- WTW!!!,
...
cant wait to watch the next season.
Laohoam- this was a great anime for me. The art work was great the overall story was great, the only problems I had with it was that the random information they threw out (even though they tied it all together) could be a little overwhelming to keep up with, and the characters were not developed enough to become attached to them. All in all it really enjoyed it and the twist at the end was amazing definently cant wait for next season.

Tadgh: This series was always one I never thought I'd like. We draw our anime from a list out of a hat, so when the first Initial D came up I was skeptical. After the first series, I couldn't wait for more. Sad part is, we draw our anime out of a hat, so I had to wait. I was stoked when this series came up and it didn't disappoint. The characters were really fleshed out here and everyone seemed to grow. The races are still exciting. The others in my group might disagree, but I really like the CG cars. Everything about this anime
...
besides the 90's music makes me excited for more.
Laohoam- I really enjoyed the story this time. The character development really stepped up and all though it was shorter in episodes I feel that this season gave more overall. Though I did not like the new art style as much the rest easily compensates for that. I am very excited to move on to the next stage.
Rasanaph- Enjoyed it as much as Stage 1 and looking forward to Stage 3.
Dr R. Dash- okay when we all finished Initial D first stage, WE all loved it! so very much and after we pulled Second stage out the hat we all got very serious. So going into this series we knew Takumi needs to grow more than in first stage, and we guessed right , so many elements of real life and hardship come into play that it felt to short but we are happy and pumped for stage 3. My opinion I wish the voice actors wouldn't have changed but we got used to it and I personally dont see any way they can revert to non CG animation for the races I think its just going to keep getting better.:)

Laohoam- This anime came at a coincidentally bad timing. after finishing an anime that started off somewhat similar to this one and it made me slightly doubt it. After a few episodes it is easy to differentiate them, and I have to say that this one is a lot better then it. The plot is developed well enough that if you stick with it you will get a nice connection between the characters, and how they develop throughout the story. At first I thought it would be somewhat predictable as well, even as far as to make predictions on how
...
it would end, I was wrong there is a major twist in the plot that will leave you completely shocked. All in all though I would recommend this anime, though its not the greatest it is still a good watch.
Dr. R Dash: SO I did enjoy this anime for a few reasons the art was nice, The mystery part of the story made me anxious and it had humor to it as well. But i thought the story was a little different and sadly our group anime night just finished a anime called 11 Eyes which was not a favorite for ANY of our party members, and AS SOON AS we started Night Wizard certain parts reminded me of 11 Eyes which wasn't a good thing. But at least there wasn't any razor blades in Anzelotte's tea, LOL i did enjoy the fact that she described all the different teas she had which may not interest everyone but it made me happy :)
Tadgh: I'd just like to reiterate the facts that 11 Eyes left a bad taste in regards to red moons, orphans, and amnesia. Night Wizard, however, used those same elements for good instead of evil. It was a short anime, but I feel like a lot happened. Each episode built towards the main story while containing a full resolution to the immediate issues. The characters were all very individual and each had their own bit of development. A very well rounded anime that gave laughs, serious thoughts, and a nice twist at the end.
Rasanaph- It was good.

Laohoam- I was a bit skeptical when starting this anime, mainly because the main character was a douche. After the plot started to develop it became more and more enjoyable. Also the fact that this was based off an RPG makes it a bit more enjoyable for me because you can see some RPG characteristics in it. Overall I recommend watching it the beginning is a little rough but give it some time it is worth it.
Tadgh: This anime is also a video game. There are several times when that is noticeable, but if
...
you know that going in, it's not a big deal. Otherwise it is excellent. You meet and learn about every character, the art and movement was smooth an excellent, the story had several twists and kept me on the edge of my seat. There is some contention among our group as to the ending, but I think it was perfect. If you like well developed characters, this is for you.
Dr. R. Dash: So this anime is my cup of tea! I love Video games that are similar to the story line and Tales have many many games and when we all first started watching this we all got the idea well we kinda wanna play this game but now I'm not sure, well I WANT TO PLAY it! I loved the selection of characters the back story the friendship the family the whole 9 yards. I would recommend this anime to people who understand and love RPG's. I will re-watch this and seek out other Tales, games and manga or anime in the future.
Rasanaph- In the beginning I was doubtful even pessimistic on how this anime would develop, but I must say it greatly improved and I quite enjoyed it. Character development was amazing and I think I even developed a crush for Tear. There are a few loop holes in the story and even a few things that lack in detail. Don't get hung up on them and enjoy.
