I knew that the OPs for Nadeko Snake/Medusa are opposites, but I didn't compare the two until I watched the video you linked. Very interesting and clever, kudos to SHAFT.
The cinematography in the Nadeko Medusa arc is one of the most eye-catching in the Monogatari Series imo because of those episodes where it's night, raining, and blood everywhere. The colors express the atmosphere extremely well.
