Just a casual gamer/otaku here, nothing special~
When I say I complete an anime I mean all seasons, OVA's, and movies. However I personally consider Specials to be optional, as generally they are only a few minutes long. I rate stuff highly, so it may differ to other people's ratings a lot. The top 5 of both anime and manga below are as accurate as possible in descending order.

10/10: Favourite anime (possible top 10)!!! Has high value of repetition to watch it + has great OST's + good plot + decent character development.
9/10: Awesome! Same as stated above but lacking one or two areas.
8/10: Great! Needs further development in areas or has constant skipping of potential places to have more attention to it.
7/10: Good. What I would call an okay anime to watch, repetition to watch it is quite low.
6/10: Okay. One or more characters needs to be majorly changed and/or the way the anime is made needs much more development.
5/10: Meh. Better than my expected prediction of how horrible the anime has turned out to be.
4/10: Bad. Needs a re-do/make?
3/10: Really-bad. Why even bother watching an episode from it -.-
2/10: Horrible. One of the worst anime I have ever watched.
1/10: Go delete yourself from existence. This anime is appalling and utterly stupid to even be thought of in the first place, the makers should all be exterminated.
