I first started watching anime in 2009 with Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, not delving any deeper into the medium until 2012, when I got into shorter anime, the first of which was Sword Art Online. After a few years, I started delving into the less mainstream shows that were praised by the more critical part of the community, such as Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and found myself vastly expanding my horizons when it comes to this medium, having found many memorable shows that have had an impact on me. In terms of genres, I'd say I consistently enjoy Slice-of-Life and Historical above anything else and those are the ones I tend to prioritize when picking new shows to watch.

Apart from anime, I enjoy reading manga and the occasional visual novel. It's relatively rare for me to read fiction books, but I am an avid reader of History and Philosophy books, especially ones that concern the Ancient and Medieval periods. I also enjoy hiking, both in the city and in nature. As far as career goes, I have a regular office job, but I am also a History PhD student with the goal of eventually becoming a professor and researcher.

I don't attribute numerical ratings to anything I watch or read; if you want to know what I thought about a particular work, it's a better idea to read the tags on my list or talk to me about it.
