I for once like how you strive to write a good review and I do agree that the more you watch the better your thoughts become clear. The review is not that bad but needs less comparissons to DBZ and more to mythology. Plus, you should point out that its huge variety in characters and settings and handseals is what made it famous and not so much the handling of the plot.

A review is an absolute value of the series, not relative. Thus you should rate an anime based on its own strength. Even though Kishimito was insprired by Toriyama, comparing Naruto to DBZ is still a useless case:

"Story- Naruto follows a very similar formula of those of Dragon Ball Z(as well the same pacing), "

You're wrong on both. Naruto is fast-paced, DBZ is slow-paced.The only thing the story has in common is freedom. And Naruto has actually got a plot, even though it needs time to develop.

"That concept has been used so many times on a Shonen"

A hint, don't review the first lines of a summary of the plot, but the actual plot itself. You hardly spent time to that aspect.

Well, comparing the soundtrack and animation of two anime is nonsense. I shouldn't even have to elaborate on that, should I?

Honsestly, you're still too young and inexperienced to write a decent review of Naruto.
The only thing Naruto really has in common with DBZ is the fighting theme.
You're right with the not-original part, but from your point of view you aren't. You compare it to the average shounen anime, but that's what defines a genre.
The aspect that make Naruto lack originality are:
- the Japanese mythology
- Hunter x Hunter
Without discussing those two it is impossible to write a review of Naruto. The contribution of those two to Naruto is about 85%, while the contribution of DBZ is about 5%.

If you want to write a review about Naruto that badly, grow at least five years older and triple your anime stats.
