Hi there, I see you stumbled on to my profile by some weird accident or out of plain boredom whilst browsing. Sigh. I digress...oh, where are my manners—Hello! :)
So, usually I have always left the about me section of my profile page empty as I never found it worth the effort (I'm super lazy), but I suppose it wouldn't do any harm if I did fill it up. So here goes:
I'd like to quote the info I posted on my twitter profile and expand on those bullet points as follows:
Professional Slacker – I'm a super lazy turd-faced (not really) (Maybe a little :P) guy. I'll give you an example of how lazy I am—I once went to an anime convention with my friends. There was this Japanese cooking class and showcase taking place at that time. The chef was passing out samples of sushi (he was talking about the elegance and simplicity of sushi). So, his assistant was passing a tray of sushi amongst the audience. My best friend who was SUPER stoked to try some told me to get some. The assistant just passed by me, and I didn't even move a muscle. Luckily, my friend did get to taste that sushi, so did I (thanks to him). Yeah, I'm (not) sorry for being a lazy ass, but that's how it is with me. But in most scenarios, I'm quite the chipmunk on caffeine. Go figure.
Hungry Reader – I love to read. I guess it's all to do with my love for comics and manga, which eventually matured to reading books. My first book was Sherlock Holmes when I was 10. But I didn't read much initially. Thanks to my best friends, I started to read a lot and picked up their habits. I like espionage thrillers, fantasy books and also love the works of Ayn Rand. Atlas Shrugged changed my life. I have a certain individual to thank for that. He forced me read it, and I didn't regret it. Thank you, batouttahell. You know who you are. :P
I have an account on Goodreads where I keep a tab on my reading habits.
Crappy Writer – I also like to write. I started recently and honestly, it's quite fun but quite draining at the same time. I have written quite a lot and it's still not enough. Also, I tend to lose my groove from time to time, but I only post the good or half-decent stuff on my blog (which isn't much). Speaking of blog (shameless self indulgent plugging coming right up), you can check my blog out if you ever feel the need to tell me how crappy my writing is (I get egotistical at times (ALL THE TIME)). Any criticism if posted in good spirit (Yeah, right) would be appreciated. :)
And then I will drown my sorrows in milk and cocoa and perform some voodoo shit to condemn your soul to hell. Just kidding!!! (Or am I? >:-D )

Anime Otaku – First, let's start with what Otaku means. Otaku is a Japanese term used to refer to people with obsessive interests, particularly anime, manga or video games ( I love 'em all, the holy trinity of nerdism). And no, I'm not obsessive, but I thoroughly enjoy them.
Yep. I'm a big anime otaku ever since I was little. To be precise, it all started with cartoons and comics then later on matured to anime and manga. I remember doing my homework while watching cartoons when I was in the second grade. I used to watch cartoons even before I could understand English. And I've enjoyed the ride. The speed at which I watch anime has gone down as I grew older, but I still squeeze out time for it. We have come a long way, anime and me. If you like anime, then chances are we might hit it on pretty easily, one nerd to another.
Music Aficionado – Gosh, where do I start with this--Well, I wasn't big on music in my formative years, that is, childhood. Music came to me in the 9th grade through Eminem and Linkin Park (Please don't judge me). These were the first artists I started with (thanks to my best friends from school). Before that I wasn't too keen on music, Hindi or English. And my journey from there has taken me places in the music scene. I have varied tastes—I love metal(too many sub-genres to name), Dubstep(the subtle type like Swarms and Submotion Orchestra), Jazz(Miles Davis :D), Punk, Hip-Hop. Sigh. The list is very long, but you get the point. I have a profile on last.fm which keeps tabs on my listening habits. If you're member there and think that we can have an awesome discussion on music, do drop me a line, here or there. My handle over there is CreedOfDeath.
Ace Troll – Yeah, about that. Not a good topic to discuss, but I can be a real dick at times (All the time. I feel this is becoming a theme with me.) when I feel the need to amuse myself. But it's rare now. (Don’t count on it)
Pathetic Programmer – Oh yeah, this is a big chunk of my life. It all began with my love for video games. I had once aspired to become a video games developer. That eventually led to my love for computers and programming. I only felt alive in computer classes in school where I would try to answer questions (first time ever) and get them all wrong. That was sort of the kick-starter for my nerdy life. And I have come a long way from there and I suppose enjoyed the ride. Right now, I'm trying my hand at Python and find it quite fun and elegant when compared to languages like Java.
Sucky Gamer – Need I explain this? I love vidya games like every second guy, only it goes a step further to serious love. I still remember my first time—I had butterflies in my stomach when I first saw Mario and Contra. My favorite video games...well, that's a long list. I'll just name a few—Metal Gear Solid Series, The old Splinter Cell series (the current iterations on the current generation suck balls), Uncharted series. The list can go on, but I'll leave it at that.
Well, that was sort of long-winded. If you're still on this page after reading that long passage, I suppose you might find me a relatively decent fellow. (We'll clear that up soon, don’t you worry) And yeah, I don't write long passages like I just did. (Only I always do. This is what I meant by trolling. :P )
Jokes apart, drop me a line if you'd like to chat up on stuff related to pretty much anything. I'll try my best to keep up with you if I'm not that knowledgeable on that subject.
