Great thread on TL! And wow you really did watch a lot of series. :] And you mentioned a masculin dude that liked shoujo anime, total reflection of me haha. How did you go about your Japanese studies? Self-study, classes, a buddy? Cheers

My story is similar to yours in the fact that my friends introduced me to anime. I originally hated anime in fact! I didn't want to be seen as a stereotypical Asian, but then I was like wow this is actually amazing.
