This is one of the best unique Yuri animes I've seen.

Story 9/10
I think the story is very unique thanks to Yuu never being in love or having any feelings for anyone. Even so it seems like she is slowly falling in love with Touko but Touko reminds her not to love her because she hates herself. It's a difficult love story. I was expecting more from the ending.

Art 10/10
It has a great art style, perfectly fitting for a yuri anime.

Enjoyment 11/10
As I love yuri I mostly enjoy all yuri animes. This is also a really really good one for being so unique.

I hope there'll be a second season/movie to finish the story.

This is just Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Work (both seasons) made into a movie with the older art style.
I'm telling you, it's literally the same story but just made into a movie. I don't know why this exists, but it's useless.
If there's already a movie or TV series about the same story, why make a copy of it in a different type? So that people could watch this movie instead of the TV series because it's shorter?

I didn't know it was going to be the same, so I completely wasted my time watching it. Plus they killed Illya in this one ... too.

One of my main reasons why I'm watching the Fate series is because of Illyasviel. That doesn't mean I don't like the story without Illya being in it.
But since Illya is one of my favourite characters, that's why my review on this anime isn't any better than average. I knew Illya was going to die in some serie since I had already seen the spoiler but I didn't expect it to come so fast and at the very start of the second Season. I was also hoping that a miracle would happen, and Illya would continue living. I do wish I ... could give this anime a better review, but I really can't.

If you won't be bothered by Illya's death, I'm recommending this anime to you.
