Just like in the previous part, Araki managed to create something that felt completely fresh. Despite the links to previous parts (especially the 4th), this one feels like none before it!

This was hands down the best part by far. Steel Ball Run had the best premise out of all the parts, but JoJolion had the best writing. The stand abilities, though often oddly unique and situational, were all incredible and were written into fights very creatively.

The anime took an entirely different approach from Bleach and hence felt like something entirely new.

The writing improved drastically and the plot never felt dragged out. The writers always knew what to do and always took risks and extreme turns in many points in the story for the sake of entertainment and development.

During the whole time I was sitting at the edge of my seat, and as a viewer, I generally felt a lot more appreciated by this than I ever felt by Bleach during my initial viewing of it.

The best part in the franchise by far!

It was the most unique part and it offered something that felt fresh and new, unlike the part prior to it.
What was there not to love? The characters were highly likable, and often times, I could fully understand the intentions of the evilest people in the part.

However, it's not quite a masterpiece, as there were some things I didn't like!
In the final fight, it is made very clear how and where everything is, as Araki understood it is a bit difficult to understand what is going on in an action-packed page of manga. However, I wish this was ...
