I tried Negima since I give just about every battle shounen a go, ranked it around a 9 then dropped it about 150 chapters in. I really couldn't stand how much text there was lol.
Nice list of all 10s lol. By the way, have you ever consider reading Mahou Sensei Negima? I saw your "definitely recommend and never recommend" post and thought that I'd recommend you something similar. If you would, try out Mahou Sensei Negima, The Breaker, Tower of God, and Noblesse. :)
Mahou Sensei Negima started as a harem though but later it becomes more action oriented. Stay with it XD
