A very brief review, Kimi Ni Todoke 2 will probably be a very entertaining anime for the ones who've watched the 1st season. Me personally, I didn't enjoy the 1st one very much so it was probable that I am not very happy with the 2nd season.
Story: 7, the 2nd season obviously focuses more on Sawako's love life and her want to deliver her feelings to Kazehaya. Development is seen in characters just like in the 1st season and Sawako is much more easily been able to fit in with the class. the 2nd season Sawako continues to make friends but the bulk is about her love for Kazehaya.
Art: 10, I feel like the art is better than the 1st season and as seen in the 1st season the art was already very good. The colors set the feeling of the anime and make it look beautiful.
Character: 7, if I were to focus on Sawako, this is the reason why the 2nd season frustrates me very much. Sawako is ridiculously weak with conveying her feelings and feel like she's way too nervous and overthinking everything. She's too easily influenced by other outsiders and even if she has more courage this season its very frustrating to see how she deals things with Kazehaya. Kazehaya on the other hand can be seen very straightforward with his feelings for Sawako.
Overall my enjoyment for this anime is 5 because its ridiculous how this anime frustrates me so much. There is a ridiculous amount of misunderstandings in this anime that can be solved by a simple clearing. If the characters were able to say like 1 more sentence or so, there would not be as many misunderstandings to this point of episodes. I personally think Sawako is so stupid to not see through all these misunderstandings and surprised of how blind she is.
