I liked how you not only dropped Madoka right before the episode that gives context for lots of characters' actions but then decided to write a review on it.
You should add the sequels and prequels of the animes that you have watched. For example you only have high school dxd born in your list but you don't have the first season nor the second season.

Do you play Visual Novels? If not you could watch Fate stay night unlimited blade works made by ufotable, wait for the movie to air and then watch fate zero.
If you don't give a fuk and want an anime with 2 seasons with great story, superb soundtrack, top tier animation and be done there then watch fate/zero.
I highly recommend Fate Zero. Such a good anime, superb animation, great soundtracks, amazing character, amazing plot, amazing plot twists. You can't go wrong there.
I think many people agree with you, including myself. It started good but when we switched to fairy tail arc... i was like ''wtf is this?'' they should have continued the first arc until the end... they rushed the hell out of it.
Well it almost caught with the manga, therefore, they went filler to end the anime like what FMA did. Hopefully akame ga kill will do a FMA:B.
Attack on Titan started good for me but then bored me to death. Too much talking and the characters that were interesting were basically getting no panels and if they do it would be about things that we know already. Kind of dropped it. Might pick it up after the second season ends airing.
Me too xD When i started watching Higurashi, I got bored and confused easily but the second try.. oh god XD Became my favorite anime of all time real quick :P

I can recommend you a good anime with 3 seasons.

Akame ga kill had filler after episode 20 I believe. It started good but then it went to shit.
