Though in case of Kobayashi-san wa jimi dakedo, both the male and female lead are similar is status in their company, while in Bijin Onna Joushi Takizawa-san, the female lead is in supervision position where many (including the male lead) are working directly under her. If you like office romance, you can give both of the manga a go.

In both manga, the main lead live in a medieval era in Europa but with swords and sorcery where the mc ends up becoming parent like figure for a child (in Boukensha License ...) and for a young twins (in Senken no Mjutsushi...). The characters' actions are fairly realistic and the atmosphere gets heavy and become dramatic quite often (with a lot of emotions thrown at the reader).

In the case of S-Rank monster no "Behemoth", the main lead was a knight and after his death, he turned into a low rank Behemoth. In Spirit Migration, the main lead becomes an Entity capable of possessing living being excluding humans. If you like to read a manga about a main lead who isn't exactly a human in appearance but in heart, then you will most likely enjoy these two manga.

In both cases, the mc utilizing features only accessible to him such as game-like menu.
