Both MC's have harem, control their own separate world and expand/develop it. Both are isekai and I think both are enjoyable. That being said, Tou no Kanri is NSFW while Tsuki is safe (I think).

Both are set in a fantasy world. "Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu" is about a guy that gets summoned to a new world and is thrown out to the edge of the world by a goddess. "Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami" is about a girl getting reborn into an Otome Game as the villianess and avoids her fate and uses her old world knowledge to better the land her father hands to her.

MC being summoned to a troubled magical mythical world by a good-for-nothing-goddess. We follow their hardships caused by the same deity (khmm bug khmm) and their refreshing way of solving problems. The Difference between both being that in in KSSnSw the MC drags the good-for-nothing-that-causes-most-of-the-trouble with him into the misfortune and the TgMID MC trying to live life to the fullest while constantly getting hit by the absurd world the goddess created and at the same time being denied his existence by the same bug that dragged him into the mess. KSSnSw being the bigger comedy/gag while TgMID gets a bit darker trough time (at  read more

Set in a fantasy-themed world. Both MC are OP. "Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu" is about a guy that gets summoned to a new world and is thrown out to the edge of the world by a goddess and "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" is about a guy getting stuck in a game as his female character.
