Preliminary (42/105 chp)
it probably looks like i'm over-rating it, but it really is that great!
a shoujo manga that has samurais, a cold-hearted lord and a girl that can't become a ninja and so she's sended to give birth to the lord's child.

it's a cute manga that occurs in times of war.
tough it might seem gloomy from what i'm saying (sorry, times of war and all), it's a really funny manga and i highly reccomend it!

I love this manga series! I feel so sad that I finished it already. :'(
This manga series should be a hit for every person who loves romance/humor/action manga! It surprised me when I first started to read it. I felt so mesmerized as I read, I couldn't get the words "Tail of The Moon", out of my head ( LOL did I just rhyme there?)! Usagi and Hanzo (the one who doesn't have blond hair), are over all my most two favorite characters out of this series. Them two... show how love can be formed and not broken. It really was cool at first that ...

I find it pathetic how at the begging the female protagonist has to struggle just for a guy who doesn't give a crap about her and OMG it really ticked me off when he throws her out just because she didn't want to do training. Why doesn't Sara just make it clear that she doesn't feel that way about him. I just doesn't have the patience and time to just watch a girl hopelessly try to show her love. The beginning was a really downer for me.

Overall I don't this is a bad manga it's just not a manga suited for people like me.

This manga is a proper shoujo extravaganza. There are hot guys around every corner. They rescue the heroine from life threatening situations and try to bed her despite not wanting to. Shurikens are used to stop people from kissing. There are piggy back rides galore, intense kissing and what not. However its not ecchi or hentai. Its a gripping manga. The female lead is a klutz ninja and is mistaken for a guy many times. She wins everyone over with her heart. The story is extremely interesting and heartwarming. The art is quite good and appealing. Its a good read and will be a hit ...

Story - 5 (mediocre)
Art - 9 (great, I love the coupling I've made. Yeah, IKR, I'm a Fujoshi so what?
Character - 2 (dreadful)
Enjoyment - 1 (pathetic)

overall- 4 (decent)

1st 50 chapters was awesome, I might have rated it with a 10. But the remaining were a total s***. I was controlling myself not to curse anymore due its patheticness. I finished it hoping for a great comeback. Aw geez, now that I think about, it was really a waste. grr >.< Super stupid heroine, chaotic conclusion, and again, stupid heroine. At Least it was consistent on its heroine being stupid and has tons of bishies ...

Story - 8
Tail of the moon is about a girl named Usagi who is unable to do rigorious excercies. Her great grandfather decided that the one task she was able to do was become the bride-elect of Hanzo and marry him. The story is more of the romantic type but it also includes a bit of adventure and humor. The story progresses at a steady pace and it will keep you hooked till the very end. It seems very simple and non-creative at the beginning but as the story progresses it gets more complicating and interesting. The plot line does a eally great job at ...

This manga....ah...what can I say about this particular manga?...well for starters I can tell you thats Its worth your time reading and maybe buying the whole series. It may disappoint you If your not so into the whole ninja love thing. I can tell you that I wasn't at first but I managed to give this a try and truth is Im selfishly in love with the ninja type stuff now. It was this manga that made me. Its about a young female ninja named Usagi who has yet managed to pass to be a full-fledged shinobi/ninja. Her grandpa sends her on a request due ...

I love this manga so much that I've actually reread the manga over three times. This manga has everything that I was looking for: romance, action, tragedy, laughs, and a main female character who actually tries to put in an effort to improve! It has some mature themes in it however so I would recommend this series only to readers 16/17+

I have read the whole series of this manga thrice or more already (in assumption), but I have never experienced being bored by it.

The story is really great even if you reread it for how many times you want, the crispiness and beauty of the story is still there.

The characters are all fun (even each of their back story is quite amusing, it will really entertain you).

Overall, the impact is so great. Me---giving it full marks might be too much, but I just can't forget how great this manga is. It's cute, funny as hell, and at the same time the politics and historical aspects ...

i really loved this manga series. it has officially become my favorite manga series ever! i really wish it would be made into anime. that would be amazing. i wish usagi had learned her ninja skills better and not just near the very end of the series though. thats the only thing i would change if i could change something about the series. i must say hanzo is the hottest male manga character i have ever seen. i fell in love with him at first sight!>

This was another good one. Like Red River, I've read it many times over. I like how the heroine isn't just some pretty-little-perfect-girl. She has her flaws (MAJOR FLAWS) but they are natural and part of what make her and to be honest, most of the time it's way funny. Not only that, but you have a really believable tsundere relationships but not only with the heroine and her significant other (who is TOO fine btw) but also, many others. The ending was a little cheesy but very satisfying. I LUV'D IT!!!

Preliminary (8/105 chp)
I really tried to like this series. It has everything you would want from a shoujo: romance, bishies, comedy....Unfortunately, I just can't get behind the protagonist, Usagi. It seems that the mangaka made her "spunky" to try and compensate for her total lack of abilities. I'll say that she does have appeal as a character, but she is way too useless in the story for my taste--not to mention her quick infatuation with black-haired Hanzou seemed too unnatural for me to want to continue.

If you do decide to read this, I will say that I think there is potential for at least some meaningful ...
