they are both very humorous manga with some romance, although Boku wa has more emphasis on the romance side, they also tease you with development only to say it was a misunderstanding :/, at least both have really funny side characters (the twins & the club president)

This goes without warning that Ohimesama and Tsurezure Children have the same feel and art style—yet it is not to say that these two are carbon copies of each other, but it also is not to say that these two are far more different. In tone, the mangaka Wakabayashi Toshiya retains the sense of humor that's been ever present in his works, gently tugging on heartstrings with these interesting and likable characters. These two series are about relationships in high school and girls being mistaken as boys. They have in common to be humoristic with situation about gender, with the same kind of cute atmosphere and characters.

The air of the two series is similar, with equally strange and wonderful characters, a main character dealing with identity issues and trying to hide who they really are and some elements of shoujo-ai and shounen-ai (although a lot less relevant in OhimeniNarenai). Entertaining comedies with weird but not too unrealistic characters, I recommend both.

Boku Girl and Boku wa Ohime-sama ni Narenai explores youth and romance in a rather unorthodox style. That is, the main protagonist are portrayed as girls despite being genetically born as guys. As such, their appearance is very androgynous that causes complications in the story. There is a lot of comedy in both series and relationship angles. Although in context, Boku Girl has some mature content while Boku wa Ohimesama ni Narenai is focused much more on comedy with little emphasis on a serious plot.
