I really can't be biased about this novel since it has only started and not a lot of translations are up yet.
The story starts with a guy winning 4Billion Yen in a lottery but went to some secluded area to avoid the money leeching mongers after him. He discovered a gate to another world. There, he encountered villagers affected by an epidemic which he easily cures with some pain killers and energy drinks. The twist is that he is freely able to go back and forth to japan to get what is needed for the better of the village. The romance is quite good

I started reading this manga cause i thought it had a unique take on the concept of isekai. Instead of it being a power fantasy like many other isekai, this story focuses more on the advancements of the modern human race similar to GATE (however does not focus on much combat). I think it is best described as a combination of GATE and Dr. Stone, both stories that I liked.
No spoilers but the story has only is only in its about 3-4 arc so it still has alot of potential for the story. most of the characters are likeable and it is quite a wholesome ... |
