the are both manga adapted vocaloid projects, they have obscure but really interesting plots, though "Suuen..." is more horror, they have many interlinking elements that make for great plotlines.

Stories about teenagers with unusual circumstances set in one city. Both of these are adaptations of vocaloid songs.

Both have similar themes of the supernatural behind normal life and children dealing with things beyond their power and knowledge. Both also deal with the impact current digital technology have on human society.

Both of these works have a similar premise of large cast with their own back/side stories, and as the plot develops those separate stories are starting to get linked together.
reportRecommended by abystoma2
Both of these have similar concept - protagonist caught in a loop, spending the loop trying to fix the events and should they fail, the timeline goes back to the start of the story, and usually something different goes wrong each time.

Both main protagonist are very intelligent and do not possess the eye abilities that their peers do. They also do not start out with many companions due to differing reasons.
reportRecommended by Fiver42
Both focus on anti social loner mcs and their partners being placed in high risk scenarios with frentic action as well as a trippy artstyle.
reportRecommended by Disapeared_Ghost
Both have a character who keeps repeating their days to save their friends from death by traffic accidents. Other than that, other main characters in both series possess supernatural powers.

The stories are not similar, but both manga are adapted from VOCALOID songs.

Both are based from a music. Sukima-shiki's from the music of the band Sukima Swith while Kagerou Days is from the KagePro/Kagerou Days music album.

Multiple timelines, supernatural/romance genres, confusing plot although TRC is probably a lot more complex than kagerou days, both also have great art

Both are based on Vocaloid Songs. Shiryoku Kensa is sung by Gumi and the series of songs in Kagerou Project are sung by Hatsune miku and IA. They don't have similar stories and they are not related to each other but the main characters from both stories have unusual powers/abilities in their sense of vision or 'Eye Abilities.'

Even though the story's not similar, both are based on vocaloid songs

If you're a fans of Yuukei Yersterday arc and need more of Takane x Haruka's dynamics, you might like Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun has similar characters and settings. It's a high school romance story between cool-headed, snarky, (and a bit tsundere) twin-tailed girl and an innocent but airheaded boy whose short wavy hair.

Repeating time in order to keep everyone alive and achieve a "Golden Ending" - these are themes of these two mangas.
