The lead females really remind me of each other. I almost thought these stories were both by the same artist. It's a nice read for if you're looking for strong female fighters and the inevitable romances to follow.
The artwork is and the plot is really similar, if you liked one I think you'll like the other. Hot blooded women I think has a bit deeper plot though.

Red Lion is similar with Hot Blooded Woman because both mangas have a character who is very strong and have guys who are in love with the main character the girl with the strong personality ....the mangas have one more thing in common ....in the storys appears two guys who like the main character...^_^...this is my conclusion ...,XD

a really tough girl going to a new school plus a little romance
both girls are tomboys, both fight, and... style of both comics are similar :3

Both have a lot of hand to hand fighting, and have parts of it as school. The female is the main character in both stories, but aside from that, Red Lion is mainly the female attempting to leave her fighting past behind to look towards the future, while Tokyo Crazy Paradise is more of the female disguised as a boy and fighting to not only survive, but to find love, and to fulfill her dreams. I love both, and while Tokyo Crazy Paradise is a bit of a long read, it is worth it, while Red Lion is more for a shorter read, and has a bit more of a harem feel towards it.
Female leads posses amazing strength and fight only when it come to bad guys.

Both are a bout girls who can fight, and protect the weak. Red Lion can really fight though. Both have a main character that is a girl and isn't all pissy cry baby boo-hoo stuff, and they really got some of the same feel to them.
