Similar story, girl meets shinigami but it has a twist at the end. Very bittersweet 

is a couple that live together, but is different because in this manga she meet a shinigami, and she fall in love with him, and he with her, 

These two are sort of similar but in manyways are also a bit different. They are about a girl and boy tied together by a chain/string that no one else can see. I personally liked Shinigami Lovers way more because Akai Michi felt rushed but either way they were both still good. Shinigami is more supernatural then Akai and has more to do with death and stuff. 

Both male protagonists are pretty much identical, even the cover images resemble each other. plots are similar apart from one is a demon and the other is an shinigami, if you like one then you'll love the other.  

Both revolve about a couple who are tied to death. They're not accustomed to each other at first, and learn to love each other by the end of their lifespan. The only difference is that, Shinigami Lovers's male protagonist is the shinigami and it is the female protagonist who has to die while Half & Half's male and female protagonists undergo a situation in which one of them must die by the end of their 7 days living on Earth. 

They both have a lead that end up with the other person not by choice but ends up accepting it. Both with a cute story and lovely love. 

In both there´s a shinigami who shares a strong relationship with the main girl.  

Both involve Shinigami and Human relationship. Shinigami Lovers has nicer drawing compared to Sarashi Asobi, but Sarashi Asobi has a more interesting storyline and ending compared to Shinigami Lovers 

Both are about forbidden and strange relationships. SL is a love between a shinigami boy and a human girl, and Ai Hime is about a relationship between an uncle and a niece. Both are really cute and very recommended! 

A shinigami falls in love with a human, and a bunch a funny stuff end up happening. Both are alike a so awesome. Both are really sweet, and funny.
