I will not give any spoilers and while I would love to review all 8 chapters of Umineko, that is a pain so I am just gonna leave my review on the final episode, episode 8, which is my favorite episode.
My journey into Umineko began when my two friends suggested it to me but it took me forever to really start. I started with the VN, and my friends told me it was roughly 150 hours long. I looked it up and it literally has more words than the Bible, one and a half Bibles to be exact. So I took my time getting into ... it knowing it was a commitment and a half. Also, no lie, when I read for about 2 hours into the first episode I was very bored so I gave up for like 3 months. After my friends telling me to read it over and over again, I finally did and everyone who read it knows what I am talking about. The shocking scene in Episode 1. Anyways, I read the whole first episode in like 2 or 3 days and I thought that was pretty good.
Moving on to Episode 2, I was absolutely stunned. Phenomenal chapter. The protagonist did so many things I don't usually see from a normal anime/manga and I was thrilled. Also, that ending was crazy, lol. Then I went to Episode 3 and my jaw was on the floor. Then Episode 4. Then Episode 5 made me scream constantly. Episode 5 was my favorite chapter I have ever read in any piece of fiction. Then I read Episode 6 and honestly I was kind-of bored with that chapter. I came to really appreciate it later on though. Now that I finished the story, I love EVERY CHAPTER. Then in Episode 7, I got bored in the beginning and I took like a 2 month break. One night, I wasn't doing anything so I decided to start up Episode 7 again, and after getting though a couple more hours, I was hooked again, and when I finished that episode, that replaced Episode 5 as the best chapter I have ever read, IMO. I thought that nothing would ever beat episode 5 but the episode (7) I became bored with, surpassed it! It made me cry so hard. Then I began Episode 8, and I read it so slow because I didn't want this story with such amazing 10/10 characters to end. I cried so much during Episode 8. Episode 8 for me surpassed episode 7 and is at this moment the best chapter I have ever read EVER.
No lie, I am caught up with Berserk, Vagabond, Vinland Saga, Punpun, One Piece, Made In Abyss, Tokyo Ghoul, Monster, and lots and lots of other Seinens, Shonens, and even Shojos like Banana Fish, which you guys got to read, and even normie series and I have never found anything that comes close to Umineko. 1000/10 Mystery series that you never want it to end. The literally perfected the mystery genre, and me and mom have read ALOT of mysteries. I loved it so much I read all the VN and manga and even read it all to my mom who loves it as well. Also the VN OST is the best Soundtrack ever made IMO. But the manga is a perfect story with perfect characters and great art. I think about this story every single day, literally. I can't get it out of my head. It gets confusing along the way sometimes, but it all ties together at the end. Please, if you haven't, start reading the best piece of fiction to ever exist. I personally prefer the VN, but the manga is a 10/10 too. I don't ever leave reviews, but GG Ryukishi. I LOVE THIS AND HIGURASHI. I have legit read this series 4 times now. No joke. This series is honestly my life I guess. I'm even trying to collect all the Yen Press physical copies. I have 5/21 and I'm in crippling debt, lol, but I'm fine with that.

Mixed Feelings

I was so excited to read this manga because of the score and the fans liking it. But it was a huge disappointment for me.

They opened up story more than necessary and it makes all the mystery go away , its like when a joke is being explained , after its explained its not funny anymore.

Unlike fans I really like EP1 because it makes the story like a real witch story and after you read it you begin to think if all the things were real or just magic.

But with ep8 it is %100 ruined for me and the readers seeing ...
