When I first watched Zaregoto's OVA I just had to know more about that story, and that's when I read my first light novel, and let's just say I loved the character Zerozaki Hitoshiki, I would love for that novel to be animated.
Nisioisin made a spinoff of the 9 novel series called Zaregoto, Ningen; which focuses on the Zerozaki. It's also more action related so let's say it's a good novel to be made into manga.
