Manga: Otoko no Isshou
They are both josei mangas by the same author. Both share the unique drawing and storytelling style of the mangaka, and both have the same subtle atmosphere. The main characters are very similar, both being ladies over their 30s and being rather quiet and not forward. In both stories the male character is on the contrary very forward and kind of forceful (in a sophisticated adult way that has nothing to to with the usual crappy josei domineering male character). If you like one you will surely like the other as well, since they both share the same unique feeling.

Manga: Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo
Broken people, broken romances. The story and characterization in Ane no Kekkon draw strength from these issues while the characters in Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo have very few redeeming qualities. Either way, lots of mature drama in these josei romance manga.

Instead of idealistic, fluffy first love, these josei romance manga are moving because of the flaws in their imperfect relationships. The characters are adults, thus carry the burden of their own emotional baggage and social complications.

Josei romance manga with adults who are dishonest about or unable to act upon their feelings, so they often resort to manipulation and games. In this power struggle, good men turn to "bad behavior" to ensnare their targets while the women themselves are shrewd and not easily taken advantage of.
