Comedic Slice of Life manga aimed at a female audience that take place in an all boys high school. In both titles, the main character moves to a dorm in an attempt to avoid issues they have at home, but find out that the dorm residents and/or their classmates are weird as hell. Both mangas have quirky supporting characters and have some BL undertones.

In both, the heros attending to a boy's school must be cross-dressed cause the school politic; but while in Princess Princess just the main characters are cross-dressed and just during specific events, on Reversible! the half of the students must "live a girl's life" during one week and one week not, and so on...

Lovely traps a go-go.
PriPri is set in a all-male school, and MH is set in a all-female school, but they have the same feeling.
Both are funny comedies, and they basically make fun of, respectively, the shounen-ai and shoujo-ai genres.
Also, Yuujirou and Mariya are similar: both are pretty, blond, uber popular, and quite sadistic boys.
