Both of them have somewhat of a girlish male lead that ends up having to cross dress. Futhermore, both manga feature another vampire-like character who is also very close to the man character. 

Bot includes cross-dressing, protagonist pretending to be a girl. Nice comedy and lovely drawing style~ 

In both the main boy is crossdressing as a girl because he took the place of a girl(in I-ren, it his his best friend, in Boy princess it is his twin sister) to be the bride of a man they dont know. Very beautiful art in both.
