Both of the mangas are shoujos about swimming. Rhapsody in Heaven is a lot more mature, and has more romance and drama than Bikini! tho. 

Both manga series are by the same author hence similar artwork and themes. Both series involves around a handsome yet flirtatious guy who meets a shy girl in the beginning of the series. From there, a romance blooms and they endure trials, misunderstandings, and other factors. Both series contains romance, comedy, ecchi, and also some emotions involving a couple's relationship. 

Also has the same author and Has problems where the couple has to deal with a lot of trouble. 

both of the main character are obsessed with swim and they end up falling for someone who admires that quality about them
