Plots are very similar as the main characters, due to bullying try, to get revenge by making the other half fall in love with them.

Bullying is the common theme here - both feature a mc boy who bullies a girl and then meets her years later and tries to make up. The attitudes of the girls are very different, initially at least, in their reactions to what happened to them in the past, so they have a different tone, and the art styles are quite different from each other as well. Can a bully change? Can a victim forgive? Can enemies become friends or lovers? Maybe yes, maybe no. Also, the  read more

Stories with the same pattern. The heroine meeting the guy that used to bully her in the past in which playing tricks on the girl is actually a sign of shy infatuation. Both heroine also suffers from trauma caused by the male. Even though they have the same pattern, Kimi no Sei has a stronger and more doubtful/distrustful heroine while Shounen Shoujo Romance have complex story development compared to the other.

I've only read 20 Chapters of Kedamono Kareashi, but it sorta of annoyed me. The description of the plot reminded me of a mix between Marmalade Boy, Kimi no Sei, Koe no Katachi, and Watashitachi ni wa Kabe ga Aru. This isn't a review and as I've listed these as recommendations, although I don't mind the artwork of Kedamono Kareshi, the story and characters are nothing compared to the works that I've mentioned above. Just to rant a little more, the characters in Kedamono Kareshi seem to have supposedly sad backstories, but the characters themselves are very shallow and hypocritical, whereas the recommendations above, while  read more

Both mangas are about a girl who wants to take revenge on the male main character. In Kimi no sei the female MC wants to take revenge over the boy who bullied her a long time ago, and in Himitsu no Ai-chan it's Ai who wants to finally win and take revenge over Leo

These mangas are about bullying - both feature a mc boy who bullies a girl and then meets her years later and tries to make up. However the responses of the girls are very different. In Koe no Katachi, the female lead has a disability but is very nice, too nice really, while in Kimi no Sei the female lead is out for revenge on what was done to her and wants to make the guy suffer like she did.

Similar story, where the the girl/boy have been hurt by the opposite gender, in which they encounter.

Due to some traumatic event in the past, both female protagonists grow up withdrawing from men. However, their lives are changed around when their past taps them on the shoulder... with a confession of love? Very similar story lines. Bitter Sweet.

The female protagonist in these stories have a past traumatic experience with the male protagonist which hinders a relationship.

Both have a female lead that was tormented by the male lead as children. Their emotional and psychological scars carry into the future making it difficult for the male to form a romantic relationship with the female. Although, Cutie boy is set in high school and has a more comedic tone than Kimi no sei, which so far seems to have a more mature feel to it and it takes place while the main characters are supposedly in college.
